Use what ever designer you like ...check his feedback/trust and portfolio ,if you like what you see use him ...

Do not allow anyone to tell you that you should use only their group. Some people are more talented then those people from that group.

I am member of this forum from 2014 and some of those designers in that topic have accounts from 2016 ,2017 etc ... and i prefer not to join their stupid group ...

The guy wanted to list the users offering their services and yes as you say nobody can didacte who to use to complete a job.

Your money, your choice, if a person doesn't want to hire someone from the list he's free to do it.

They are sending people in Services area and they are saying that they are the only designers on this forum ... that's called dirty competition ...i just spotted one of their guys doing this today ...

They should say that they provide design service ... but they have no right to say that they are the only designers here ...

IMHO bL4nkcode create a list of group designers to help people who want to find designer in this forum more easy/convenient than searching one by one thread/user. And yeah it's just recommendation... people can choose whatever designer he want to hire.

That's a compilation thread of all members here in Bitcointalk designer, they aren't a group. If you have a portfolio(a previous job list of your design) probably you will add that list. I repeat that is a LIST of all forum members that have an offered a service designer.

In signature design business, people kept recommending roslinpl and medUSA, and in logo or other kind of designs, MaliceRed and zinodaur were often mentioned. Not only that, I lost in all of design contests in my first two years and it didn't make me to stop or blame someone.

bL4nkcode manages that list so the clients, especially the new ones, wouldn't get scammed by a newbie designer or to save their time to check every page of service board finding any designer. And if people recommending someone, it doesn't mean they get paid by doing that. There is no guarantee at all that people in the list will get every work on this forum. You can just pm the client and show your portfolio to them. That's what I'm doing for years and most of them worked. I hope it's all clear now, isn't it?

clients come to you , you don't send their portfolio ,you put your link to your portfolio on your own topic ... there is no such thing as bitcoin designers topic or group ...the only ones who can judge designers are other designers and customers ...

I hadn't seen you online and when I checked your post history, seems you were offline since 2016 and came back in April this year. Trust me mate, there were many things already happened on this forum while you weren't around. There were some newbie designers scammed some clients, and some users kept asking question about where they can find any designer. That's why bL4nkcode created the thread and things getting easier for people in the forum. But I say it again, there is no guarantee you will get the work immediately if you are in the list.

Regarding the contest, he only acts as the escrow. I have known bL4nkcode for years and he is a professional guy. If you check again, most of the designers on the contest aren't listed on the thread. So you don't need to worry.

With regards to my reply, I do not intend to be biased on some of the bitcointalk graphic designers here that is why I mentioned a massive list of people offering their design services created by @bL4nkcode. The people included on that list does not have any affiliation to each other nor operating as an official group of designers solely for bitcointalk community, they are independent individual who started from scratch and it happens that @bL4nkcode included them on the list. People who are recommending that list are also not getting paid by shilling that link on the reply section.

I am also offering Logo and Digital Drawing commissions here and yet my ANN thread and your thread are not included because it was June when that thread was last updated. But still, I don't feel any resentment. I've checked your thread, and your service offers a lot of technicalities which you can use to monetize your skills/talents in the long run. Just be consistent on bumping your thread on a daily basis and join lots of designing competition.

The reason the list was made as similarly done with escrows, campaign managers, trusted lenders etc is to make a specific thread listing all those who are trusted and have been known to deliver quality service over time.

There is no specificism or favoritism here as to only these users are the ones or so. That is your wrong way of thinking which nobody can correct unless you understand that on your own.

Of course there are other people willing to be designers. I am sure if they gradually make a name for themselves the users who maintain the thread will be willing to add them to the list.

@OP if you are a designer yourself, be professional and stop the childish attitude, would you like if your customers would see this thread, your delusional way of thinking and make an opinion about you? You are very likely going to lose some gigs which you should have been able to complete.

Behaving professional on the internet does not take much effort.
