All of us are speculators and are waiting for the price to go up at any price that it will do. And to know what will be the price after 2 months or once the ETH 2.0 goes live, there is no such exact answer to the price you want to see. Any answers that you will be getting are speculations and guesses.

Already 20,000 validators signed up, all systems do look pretty crazy I would say, but 2.0 mainnet live in 2 months sounds like a sort of jump the gun thingie for me,,, I would rather they take twice as long or even wait til 2021 to get things up but maybe they want to see all the bugs in the real wild.

Difficult to say how much is already priced in. Remember all the FOMO about bitcoin halving, but everyone knew it would happen, and it was factored in well ahead of time. Likely we will see the same with ETH 2.0. The only thing that complicates matters is that we don't know how much of the current rise is due to anticipation of 2.0, and how much is DeFi.
But whether or not we see an immediate rise for ETH after 2.0 goes live, the future does look very strong for Ethereum.

Conservative estimate on my end, minimum of $500. As they are already in $400 level, earning profit in the next coming weeks or months is very easy. If you want a better chance of getting profit, invest in eth right now. But it is your call of course. Your money, your choice!

I am looking at the live numbers and the minimum threshold for staking ETH on Phase Zero was already way more than reached, and as I reported yesterday 20,000 validators, the number seems to still be climbing.

Trying to find info if there were any pools,,, hard for me to believe 20,000 people have 33 ETH or more! Or are there really so many rich people?

It will reach more than $500 and i think the testnet has been showing positive result and it looks like the price of ethereum will be gradually increasing a lot. I think that more resistance will have surpassed by ethereum due to the more coins will be locked.

Its meant to go live in 3 months not 2 months. The present price looks to stable till a little pull back but I expect $800-$1000 by December

This is very interesting, with that huge interest from this staking function, more and more investors are taking part and join

this project, ETH 2.0 is bringing back the bullish days of this coin, still in speculation stage though.

You make a good point. I was surprised they decide to launch the ETH2.0 so soon and I think that Pwas Vitalik effort after the success of AVAX. Besides, i once read an article that hes telling the Dev theres no waiting till next year and he also did hacker bounty on the 2.0 network for verification.
I hope he know what hes doing though.

OP, speculation are not 100% correct and the current trend of the market cant be use to judge the trend ETH will pose after ETH2.0 is live but if the market uptrend continue ETH will make $1000 within days.

You make a good impression cause bitcoin and the stock market price does correlate but not every time. However, ever since the ease of lockdown and opening of casinos, restaurants etc economic are experiencing a positive trend. Mind you, during the total lockdown crypto maintains a good stable price while stock barely so i dont think we should be bothered by economic status and if the whales don't manipulate the market again BTC and ETH with others good crypto ought to be doing well.

Well I don't see any direct relation between the America's economy and Ethereum, there could be a possible reflection of it to the price but we will not really know. I believe that the collapse of the economy have already stop, we are slowly reopening everything putting guidelines and rules to follow to get back to the normal and the one thing that we need for a complete reset is the vaccine which we might see in early next year. About the ethereum price, we will not know what will happen if the v2.0 goes live, still it will depend but I'm positive that this will make a huge difference in price.

How can you say this? just merely looking at the time from the chart of stock and bitcoin does mean nothing, and it is really clear that the price of bitcoin is steady that time, even if we don't have a pandemic the price of bitcoin moves in an abnormal pattern, you forget about the volatility of it didn't you ?

The market price depends on how interested the ETH community is. Because if the demand increases in the market, then the price will start to increase. You may have already noticed how much the price of eth has changed in the market. Although now Bitcoin is being pumped extensively so eth is following Bitcoin. But I very much hope this year will be a good year for eth.
