Now real estate? I wonder what words of attempt used here since you can never get any amount since this thing is so used already and also you are a newbie asking for investment. Maybe if you are planning to become a builder contact the nearest guy next to you so that you can build your project and do not ask here since it really looks like a total scam.

Exactly, however the OP might be one of those who are brokers in the real estate business but I would rather use the local authorities to get help than contact someone saying that they are a broker on an internet forum with no past connections to other known users.

The real estate business is filled with problems from everyone trying to siphon off money from the plot buyers. I would never trust anybody who is posing as one. Of course the OP may be a legit person too but in that case I would expect them to at least post a reply here within one week which has already passed. Instead they posted a telegram ID and left. More red flags that they are attempting a scam.

I hope they dont come back with blockchain and real estate vaporware again. We all know how those ICOs (<read scams) ended up.

They don't care to answer or explain, they only care to post their crap and their TG id for phishing ignorant people. I wonder though if this "strategy" has any kind of result for their goal. Even if they are high reputable member here still we shouldn't trust them especially with huge amount of money, there are scamming incident before which involves a high ranking with good trust score and this incident could possibly happen if we will trust those unknown guys in internet.

We should always think that invest only if we truly know the company and there's a signed documents involve on the deal as well there's a legal hold on investments and the company itself.

You are definitely right on this one because even if the said person is a high rank member of this forum then it isnt really sufficient for us people to easily trust it up.There are several cases or scenarios here about some high rank person or even known ones who do try to take loans or similar things but end up on being a scam.No one would expect that if we base up on reputation but

You don't need to bump this thread since it's 4 month old buried and many users give their answers which quietly have a point.

And also you are right you don't need to ask for investors here not unless if you plan to be a develope and this really need a millions of dollas of capital and I believe no one can give it here as well no legal will go here and ask for investors without any written agreement and other legalities. Also we have  options to earn on real estate without trying to invest in this kind of offers and that is buying a pre-selling house and lot where you can acquire the property at the lesser price or you will look for those foreclose houses which is profitable if you do buy and sell by selecting this option.

You can earn a lot of money with Estate. However, it looks like this is a scam? In any case, we cannot rule that out. I also don't see the logic in investing with crypto for such projects. You never buy real estate with Crypto. Maybe that's why the op can also explain some things. To start with a decent website with company information for example, that would be a good start.
