So here's what i want to do:

- I want to spend bitcoin and get a virtual credit/debit card.

- and I want to use the virtual credit/debit card for paypal transactions.

Now here's what I don't want:

- Any sort of kyc verifications, and i want the transaction to be somewhat quick.

Now is this possible, or is there a service that helps me with it?

Or any easier ways to directly convert btc to paypal? And no, i don't want to trade with people on this forum(at least when paypal is concerned).

You should be ashamed for that clickbait title LOL

So in return you're gonna get advice you didn't ask for. Don't bother with Bitcoin cards. The ideal card is a unicorn, if you find one without KYC it's gonna be some sketchy overseas entity with fees up the wazoo and you're gonna have to trust them with your bitcoins etc. Bite the bullet, do KYC with a solid local fiat exchange, exchange some bitcoins when you need to, transfer fiat to your bank, use a regular debit card. Simple, works, free (sans a small exchange fee).

Source: frustrating hours I spent trying to do something similar to what you're looking for (minus PayPal).

https://expresscards.net/ maybe this one?

I have never used it, so be alerted and watch out, don't put your money at risk.

Of course, there is no KYC but it can be a total scam, so if you have to do it, then try with the smallest amount and proceed further with higher once would be my advice.

Not sure if "bitcoin debit card" and "no AML/KYC" can be put in the same sentence nowadays. There are only a small handful of looks-to-be-legitimate bitcoin debit card providers, and all of them requires KYC(at least as far as I know). I think you're out of luck.

P.S. When I first saw the title, my cursor automatically hovered to the "Report to moderator" button by reflex.   Roll Eyes

For a second I thought you were in trouble, You really didnt need that though, there are users ready to help with info. Grin

You can trust some users on the forum to do paypal exchanges but yes it is at your own risk and I know that is sounds a circle back to square one in terms of fiat vs crypto but hey, your needs are having higher priority than some ideology.

Many ICO projects actually did set up bitcoin debit cards but they all had the same problem : users have to buy their services and get a card, give their KYC and use it. Gradually they have lost importance.

It is better to verify yourself and check with your bank so you can sell your bitcoins on exchange and use that to fill up your bank balance and use that.

I have no idea to help you the way you want, but I can help you to exchange BTC and Paypal at 1: 1 ratio. Whatever quantity you want, it just takes a little more time if you need large amount of Paypal. I can guarantee that Paypal is clean and will be sent as Friend & Family if you need. Honestly, why would you want to buy Paypal that way, it costs more than it is to transact with someone, like me  Cheesy

Trade Bitcoin peer to peer for OneVanilla or other Vanilla cards or debit cards that are $500 or less and not refillable.  (these cards require no registration or KYC... you can find them all over America, Canada, Europe and Australia.)

All you need are the #'s to check the balance and spend the balance on https://onevanilla.com/ or vanillagift.com.  There are lots of escrow systems you can use, however, these cards do have a slight chance of being able to be charged back and escrow won't protect you from that.

You're better off getting a real payment processor like FirstData rather than use Paypal.

Okay why is everyone hating on my title Sad I GENUINELY SEARCHED FOR A LONG TIME and decided to come here and ask for help :/. Titles are usually very boring so decided to spice it up  Cheesy

I am probably just gonna do this, convert btc to fiat and then use my card for paypal. But thank you for the advice, found it a little useful and gave me a bit of a reality check.

Also, are there any good localbitcoin alternatives? I am very unsure about localcryptos, and I have never used any of my local exchanges.

What if I don't live in US, Canada, Europe or Australia? I still haven't looked fully into it,so let me do that first.

And the only reason, THE Sole reason i have to use *vomits in disgust* pay-ew-pal, is because I want to make a purchase from a vendor that accepts paypal Sad.

Thanks to everyone who replied and offered advice(AND HATED MY TITLE  Angry), it was really helpful.

Or any easier ways to directly convert btc to paypal? And no, i don't want to trade with people on this forum(at least when paypal is concerned).
If you are concerned about privacy why not create an alt account? The risk of converting BTC to PayPal is the possibility of reversing the transaction, and thus any newbie account can do it if the second party is reliable.
You need to create an account, patience for several days, and then you can make the transaction safely.

you can buy some visa/mastercard cards using ----> coinsbee.com
You can also ask the support team about PayPal.

Its not about privacy I am worried about, I just don't want to trade on this forum when paypal is of subject. Don't feel comfortable at all, that's my sole reason why I almost never purchase anything here. Always wanted to buy some collectibles, but I don't feel comfy enough to approach the subject.

Oh I like coinsbee, gonna do more research on it, but their mastercard has a limit of 50 USD? Like I want over 200 Usd AT LEAST, so a little bummer. But i might use the site for other purchases. Thanks for the recommendation!

No KYC is a problem, but if you change your mind (suchmoon's reason is something I agree) I'd check Wirex and Coinbase Europe now as they've both recently become principal partners with either Visa/Mastercard, so likely won't face the problem we all used to have with all those providers who used to rely on 3rd party issuers.

Amazon vouchers are available without KYC on Bitpanda (you've to sell BTC and request withdrawal as vouchers) for about EUR10,000 lifetime limit, as far as I recall, but too lazy to check now if that's updated since AMLD5. If you're willing to go an extra step or two to convert that Amazon voucher into paypal... or find a seller of virtual cards... that's an option?

When you intend to go with a debit card then you will encounter KYC. So the best and real-time solution has given by suchmoon. Although you can't trust forum users with PayPal, you can sell your bitcoin here for your local currency which would deposit to your own debit card made from your country. Otherwise, you may use LocalCryptos to sell your bitcoin instead of Localbitcoin. They don't require KYC and offer a self-custodial wallet. Here is their official thread, you may take a look for more details: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5216050.0

Sorry, I don't have a very good sense of humour so not sure what you're getting at, my advance apologies.

I'd search Visa gift card on Amazon and then get something like this. And then use it to load up into Paypal. Or am I missing something highly complex in your question?

Line two: "This card can be used in the U.S. only, online or in stores, where Visa debit cards are accepted. Your Amazon.com Balance cannot be used to purchase Visa gift cards."

However, people should still try it regardless of their text.  I have not tried Amazon stuff personally, but I know Amazon and Paypal don't connect at this time!!!

Anyways, OP: There are lots of no KYC options for prepaid nonreloadable debit cards in many countries.  You just need to find a trading partner and buy their #'s off them.

oh coinbase! I forgot about that awfully-awful exchange. I have to look into if coinbase is supported, oop-

I realize bitpanda operates in EU(according to this), so can I sell some btc if I am not in the EU region?\\

I have infact heard of localcryptos, and there are sellers in my region, but i have never used the platform by myself. Is it literally just like lbc, with the escrow and all?

Anyways, OP: There are lots of no KYC options for prepaid nonreloadable debit cards in many countries.  You just need to find a trading partner and buy their #'s off them.
Alright, if none of the current options work out, i might use this as a last resort.

Yep, it has a PSD2 license. As long as you can accept money from an Austrian bank, which is what they'll use to send you money. Toward the end of last year they added a whole new range of countries verifiable and I used my identity very far away from the EU region. Previous to that though the limit for non KYC was 10k EUR anyway so it's a hefty limit. As I said, need to check if these are still valid. And as Bay points out, can't exchange Amazon vouchers to Visa for Paypal it seems...

And as Bay points out, can't exchange Amazon vouchers to Visa for Paypal it seems...

You can or could us "digital" (a fancy way of saying numbers only) from trading partners to order physical Visa/MasterCard from places. The debit cards have a different first eight numbers (or whatever #) that tell the merchant they are a gift card Visa / MasterCard, so some places won't accept them because they are nonreloadable (FaceBook person to person transfer won't work for example.)

These cards are basically poor peoples banks.  Women of the night use them light hot cakes haha.  The card companies charge a higher rate to process them as well for merchants.

You likely could send those to a mail forwarding service in a tax-friendly state and have them shipped to you outside of the country (USPS delivers to 190 countries.)

I'm not sure, though. May have some issues, or you might be able to figure it out.
