I'm usually a holder I still coins and tokens I've got from Bounty campaign just like the two of the just recent projects I've participated in I'm still holding both of them but there are instances in the past that I dump my coins/tokens because The coin is not progressing and I want to buy coins that has more potential.
So what is or are your reason why you are dumping your coin?
I've participated in a lot of bounty campaign and I would say that only several of them who provide a good profit and some are not. What happened on the remaining coins was got stock on my wallet and not able to sell for the reason of had not being able to get listed on exchanges and if they got a chance to be listed, it more likely on an unknown platform that I am not familiar with. Thereby, this gives me a reason to sell the coins right after they got listed or distributed, I am no longer hold them. The coins I've only hold is are those certain ones.

If the bounty project I joined was heavily engaged with bounties, I usually dump all the tokens I got from them. Believe me they dont care for their coin. But if the bounty pays via Bitcoin, ETH or XRP to pay bounties. It means they care for their token, they dont want to be dump. I'm usually a holder I still coins and tokens I've got from Bounty campaign just like the two of the just recent projects I've participated in I'm still holding both of them but there are instances in the past that I dump my coins/tokens because The coin is not progressing and I want to buy coins that has more potential.

There are many reasons for dropping coins. And to assess how correct this decision will be is possible only after a rather long period of time. Some coins that would seem unpromising at first glance turned out to be very profitable in the end. Others, on the contrary, had good chances of growth, but in the end, they turned into dust. So now I have a strategy to sell 60-70%, and the rest is on hold.

Bro I whould like to suggest to all bounty hunter to sell all the token which you got from bounty. Because normally in early stages every project after listing on different exchanges give too much hype to his token because they want to run his project but bounty hunter destroy his token hype by selling pressure . So it will be a great opportunity to sell all of your token before the token price dump .

I have so many bad experiences on hodling coins for too long. In fact I had multiple altcoins which I gained from bounties 2-3 years ago. Even during the time those went at a reasonable rate, I held them expecting more. Now those are worthless and can't make more than few dollars by selling them. My advise is that, hodling altcoins can be highly risky and whenever you get a good price, get them changed to a stable coin like BTC, ETH, etc.

Not all bounty tokens are bad or not potential, you have to differentiate them properly in order to sell bounty tokens at a good price. I have experienced bad things due to carelessly selling tokens at low prices or after listing, but after the price of mainnet grew to 10x.

true as you say, but we can see in recent years it seems like some of the bounty projects that we have participated in are very difficult to develop so that it has an impact on the price decline in the market and there are even some markets that have started removing these tokens from their list due to small volumes transactions that occur, but there are also bounty tokens that do survive in the market and have good prices right now, this is the reason why we have to analyze the project bounty before participating because that way we will be able to see their project development goals in the future, because many bounty projects are only target token sale reaches the target and there is no further development after the token is released in the market so that in the end the token just becomes trash.

I was planning to hold YOUC (YOUengine) tokens until January/February, but recently the project has announced, that they will postpone products release due to pandemic. Sometimes, postponing or putting on pause the project due to pandemic can be reasonable. But they are launching an app (how can pandemic cause on that), which will be close connected with advertisement. That is right what people need - run an ad while not leaving home or office.

Same reason with you. I am also a holder , I also have coins form like 2 years ago and I am still holding them. I dumped my coins before if I know that it wouldn't give me any income in the future especially if I know that the project is not doing well.

There are usually several reasons. 1.Money is urgently needed and you sell tokens immediately after receiving them. 2.The project has no potential, and you sell them almost immediately, hoping to get at least something. 3.You hold tokens, wanting to sell them at a higher price. There is no other reason, am I wrong? ))

I have experienced bad things due to carelessly selling tokens at low prices or after listing, but after the price of mainnet grew to 10x. When a project launches their project in the market they run a bounty campaign to grow and promote their community. So not all token/coins of bounty payments are bad. Whether or not you will hold a bounty payment token/coin is entirely up to you, because if you can research and predict the future potential of a token/coin, that token can give you a good return.

Yes, you have the right and all the authority to do what you want for your gained coin. If a coin has a really good potential, dumping what you've earned will not affect the project. After all, you have done your part and in return you have to enjoy the fruit of your labor.
But on the other side, if you believe that a project has really good potential and promising why choose to dump?. Just be wise on your decision, you can take it all or just take part of it. The thing here is, you should not care what people think on what you do with your coin. If you think there is better coin, the why not have it. Its all yours.
It is better to reset your coins in time to recoup your investment than to lose everything in one moment. It is not always necessary to sell everything at once, because the price may still rise. But you can't sell "garbage" tokens with bounties and airdrops anywhere else. Lately, it's just garbage.

It's normal to dump your bounty tokens if you no longer see any point holding onto it as the project is no longer making any progress, we all know some projects aren't really serious at all, so it's fine if you dump their token for something much more better, I personally I dump my bounty tokens whenever the project stops developing no new listing, no new partnership nothing, I will simply just dump the tokens and invest in something more profitable.

selling coins is no problem I think, because it is a personal right, indeed coin dumping can make people experience different emotions, maybe panic sells occurs.

Many people sell tokens immediately after they are received for participating in the bounty campaign, since in the future they only fall in price, and the price for them will rise only for a long period of time, usually a year or more. Nobody wants to wait that long, so everyone dumps tokens on the day they are received. As a rule, I do the same, I can hold the tokens for a maximum of several months.

Should have that main rule where once you do able to receive those coins then better to dump it out before its too late or unless those tokens doesnt really have value at all? lol There are people whom do believe that they can make tons of profits on believing on the project that they would able to grow overtime but those would just create and false hopes in the line where you do get stressed and waiting up for too long in nothing. We do own those coins and its just right for you to do on things on where you do see that fits. It might be ending up on a regretful decision or not.

Do a lot of bounty. There are many bounties not paid. There is also a bounty. Bounty payment. I need to observe him for a few months. See if the project team is doing actual work. Is the project team promoting. If you discover the huge potential of the project. I will leave a bounty. just in case. And if there is no potential. I will sell him. Exchange cryptocurrencies with greater potential. I think many people are like this.

That is also the main reason that I would sell my token because it would be really better if we hold the other strong coins instead of holding new tokens that we are not sure of their future. Although, the profit of those tokens may be really attracted if it is pumped but this is a story that no one know exactly.

Well, in general, I also only hold coins for a few months. however, we all wait for high prices before selling the coins we hold. Besides, most bounty hunters sell their assets after getting tokens from the bounty because they need money. some people may hold back to wait for the price to return to normal, but depending on the progress, if they see no progress on the project, chances are a bigger dump will occur.
