Is This Kind Of Fairness Stake.com ???

2 days ago I make some deposit on stake.com and I want continue my previous bet, but I see some weird thing on my old bet "My old bet was disappear" it means I can't find my history old bet event on bet archive is nothing about it, and after looking more often on "transactions tab > Deposits > Withdrawals >Bets > Other > even Vault" the only trace about my balance when I was bet is on Deposit.

After thinking like 5 minute to figure out what is going on, I come to customer service and after few minute I explain about this situation, Cs stake.com tell me that I need to wait because she/he need contact Developers and soon when she/he get reply from Developers will be back to me soon as possible, but after a day I got no reply so I try new Cs also same answer on day two I try again and she/he tell me that I can't see my previous bet  


That fact make me shock, and I wondering "how I can see Fairness if I can't access my previous bet" and also I do not want start over my bet because I already put time and money on it.

I got reply from customer support after few minute I making this post she/he say "we can't provide the data of the bets made during that time".

Each and user will be allotted with a member who take care of every issue associated with your account on telegram. Try contacting them, it looks like a technical issue. It'll be rectified, posting on their thread. If not try contacting them through the telegram.

Give them time to resolve your problem. At least, they already told you that they need to contact the developer so that they can get a reply from the developer about your problem. Maybe the support system is waiting for the reply from the developer too, so they can not answer you right now. Maybe you can visit on their ANN and the @OP on that thread about your problem to get more answers. It needs time to solve one problem because you are not the only one that will have the problem.

Have you lost money? I mean can't you repeat your bet history, like go place the bet again? Stake had a lot of positive reviews as it is still fair to its customers. Maybe such issues were just caused by a bug. But there are also a possible (less likely to happen) reason, that you're network connection were slow making such features disappear (in which is see was too impossible if you can access other pages with no technical faults).

As most would recommend you to do, better wait or send the stake admins here in the forum with the matter. Lock this once everything was solved.

@istimewa99 first of all I don’t think that it’s right to claim that Stake is not fair, and secondly since you haven’t mentioned whether your bet got settled or no so I’m assuming that it got settled but it’s yet not credited. Therefore I would suggest you to login in Stake, click on account then click on sports bet, and then lastly click on settled bets hopefully you should see your bet history there.

It's good that you have created this topic so other users who are experiencing the same problem will have a thread to check whether
the team of stake.com will solve this problem immediately.

I can see that it is not a bug, so there is a big chance that the team of stakes.com decided to remove it or they are having problem with their backends.
It will be best if one the admin from stake.com can give a better answer or clarification to your problem here in your post.

This is not an injustice but they will definitely check what is going on with your account if there is a problem if you wait, friends stake.com is an old gambling site where maybe they will do this kind of embezzlement and try what @Juggy777 says so they can see your bet before.

For me, stake.com has never had a problem and this is really fair because honestly I have never seen any injustice, therefore I think stake.com is fine.

I think they already sent it to the developers you can try to wait a few more days for their response.

We only question the site fairness if we feel we got cheated, but in your case, I think you are not cheated, correct me if I'm wrong.

These things take time op since it isn't a common issue based on my understanding of it. It's alright to create this thread regarding this issue, but doubting their fairness without reaching a proper conclusion is itself not fair if you think about it.

Give them some more time to resolve it and you can edit the ANN with updates regarding your issue now and then until a proper conclusion is reached.

Most likely because people wont search up for history of best if he's winning.If not then they would really find out  these history to  look it after.When it comes on questioning on stakes fairness  then

Stake is a trusted site and i am sure they will come up with an answer which will satisfy the OP. They have been in the industry with good repute for a long time and no one can survive in the gambling industry if they are not honest. He  just need to wait a little until the team from the stake replies.

The op did contact the customer support about the issue and i'm sure the team are working to solve the issue. Stake have good reviews and sooner or later they'll have it fixed and op can check the bet history. Let's wait for stake customer support reply to op and see if it is fixed.

History Bet after a few days will be probably archive on their database or when reached with some minimum total number bet from all betting to be archive so you cannot see the history bet on your account. I believe almost, some casino doing this to make their website data was not really heavy at all. So, the best things if you want to check each bet has been made, just check immediately after you make the bets.

This topic has been discussed a few months ago, and maybe you can use this other option to check your History BET by downloading them from the archive database. Some of user on "Stake Forum" give some advice about these:

I found a simple way to check your "History Archive Bet", here the step:
1. Download The History Bet Archive and Save The JSON File.
2. Go to this website : https://betsesh.com/stake
3. Browser and Upload your File JSON.
4. Click Import Bet.
5. You got the list history bet on that's JSON File.

Since the website was still on the beta could be make a problem for the result on the website betsesh. I make some tested about the result on Stake with Betsesh and both of them was same result,

I'm not remember what is going on back the time because that was a month ago so to keep the balance of my game I need to see bet archive (I'm so shock when is nothing on there), but customer support telling me that I'm lose on bet with no another way to me to check what is going on my previous bet.

Bro, I see the secreenshoot you just need to download it on "Link Download".

Then, import the data JSON File to the website i gave to you for check the history bet. I already see the image and your history bet on there all of them, they store the total bet on the date you are doing a betting. JSON File contain all of your bet on that's date, one of the example on your screenshot you have 1250 Bets and Date 6/30/2020. Download the JSON File on "Link Download, and that's mean the JSON File contains 1250 Information of your Bet History has been made on 6/30/2020.

I see on there, and there is no problem at all. You should know the work of their mechanism store of betting history.

Ok I know what you point and thank for explaine it for me but like I say early, I'm not looking at bet 6 june 2020 I was looking at 3-4-5 july 2020. As I understanding the only way to check it was reset my seed (seed session during that time) <- I'll not do that because it just to start over my game.


After several time begging to help me find my bet history during that time on customer support, now I was thinking that just waste time. I hope soon support stake.com on bitcointalk see this and help me find out abou this problem.
