As a budding bounty Hunter with exceptional writing prowess, I ve become somewhat interested in crypto-trading and am eager to learn it, there are recommendations to start with learning Binance exchange and Okex exchange. But the challenge for me &  some other budding crypto-enthusiat like me is the fragmentation of crypto resource on YouTube, I find it hard to get or create a demo account in which I can learn crypto, I can't seem to get a tutorial video for beginners on crypto trading and this is really challenging for me, I am open to suggestions, recommendations & mentorship.

The biggest challenge is to keep track of the changes as the exchanges run 24*7 unlike the normal stock exchanges . So traders must learn to use stop loss wisely and make sure to limit losses as well as book profit on time if you want to .

You may want to open an account to E-toro for a demo account:

https://go.etoro.com/en/practice-account

And then you practice how trading works, if you become comfortable then try as little as $100 and see how it goes. Everyone here started with 0 knowledge and perhaps lost a lot of money along the way, but they persisted and continue. Remember that this is journey, and don't think it as get rich scheme.

There's no such thing as mentoring, and I doubt that someone successful will share their 'secret' trading practice.

There are hundreds of free resources and teaining programs both on youtube and other trading related blogs, it is just your level of understanding from where you want to start, if you are complete newbie, you should first learn technical analysis, that mainly including reading charts, candlestick patterns, trends, ranges, breakouts and the very basic support and resistance but even after that you do not feel confident or you have small capital then i would suggest to hold good coins only and do not look to trade.

You don't have to have your crypto mentor youtuber. You can follow anyone you want and search for helpful videos but not all published channels related to crypto trading in youtube are helpful and informative.

Most of those channels are only shilling the altcoins that they are holding and you being a follower, you will blindly follow them especially if you're starting your crypto trading career.

Test yourself and experience what real trading is and you'll learn it eventually.

Im never tried it before but it sounded like many are familiar with this platform. I often see this as advertisement on facebook but I think I will try it, I am using Binance and other major platform, just want to comfirm the difference with this one.

For OP, they already suggested etoro, when I am not into trading before, I often got a lot of mistake cause I did not start with demo but real money so my experience is harsh so better to practice more on this before actually start trading.

There are discrete information and ideas on some blogs and websites. Stock trading ideas and analysis too help with crypto.
One of the reason why there are no straight forward trading ideas is because professional traders won't be giving their strategy to anyone. It's not just because they don't want to share. When a lot of people are playing with same strategy, the profit would be lower. The more people day trade, the lower would be the price fluctuations.

Are demo account actually worth practicing on? I think demo accounts are just good for getting used to the platform like its interface, settings, options and so on. I don't think those demo money is actually worth using to practice. Since, you will have "no fear" of losing anything, you will be trading carelessly. You might get lucky and make some profit trading, and then you might think you are all ready.
I would suggest trying with real money first (lesser amount). You will see you take decisions differently since your emotion like fear is going to play a huge role over here.

People take the demo account as granted and they are not really practicing actual trading there but it is useful for someone to make analysis and practice the trading so we won't lose our money when we enter with the real money into the crypto trading. But only with the real money we can feel the actual pressure so as you said its better go with capital like $100 and start practicing it with give better experience.

Youtube will still help you a lot to learn different methods of trading, i suggest you do more thorough research on Youtube to get the right video, there are lots of them on YouTube, this will serve as a guide aside from having a demo account on e-toro platform.

As a newbie, you cannot lesrn trading and at the same time be a trader in learning, it has to be one at time. Also, ig you want to learn trading, YouTube is not the place to be. You need to understand the fundamentals of trading, individual attributes to possess before becoming a trader and then learning the act of trading

I don’t think so, there are lots of videos that will help you learn about cryptocurrency.

If you’re making use of Coinbase their Earn feature will allow you to learn about different cryptocurrencies and also receive those cryptocurrencies as a reward. Okay that’s a different case. But have you gone through Coindesk?

There is a special page on the website that’s dedicated to learning everything that’s necessary to build up your knowledge on cryptocurrency. You can go through the content and then search for related videos on YouTube, there will definitely be videos that will be related to them.

Well it's really worth practicing if you take it seriously even though the money is not real. So that when you go out and face the real trading world, you will know what to do. But the problem with newbies is that they take for granted those demo accounts that has been offered and likely play with it literally. So if you don't appreciate it then it's really your lost. And you have to learn it the hard way by losing money in the beginning.

basically what I know in trading is how we can control our emotions while doing it, losing money on the demo platform and real money is different dude.
There are many people who are successful on demo accounts but lost in real trades, maybe only experience can answer that.

That's easy to understand, all is about emotions dude! When you trade in a demo mode, you know it is fake money and it is not your real money. Therefore, you don't have a lot of pressure and fear of losing any penny! However, when it comes to the real trade, you fear a lot of things. From that feeling, you will be affected by the emotions and obviously you can't give out the clear and right decision under pressure! That's why people fail!

Most of the exchanges  does a lot of wash trading and there are just too many bots . It is impossible to have a good swing trading in those exchanges and in reputed exchanges as you expect sometimes the volatility is too high.

Another way round, I think you have to firstly go for teaching, learn basically what trading is all about then with full knowledge, binance or okex will not be different in usage.

Also, YouTube is not enough but a very good start

You are right, newcomers are also prone with quick movements fer of losing with this volatile market
will also let them suffer big loses.

If you are keen to learned this market, you need to keep on reading and watching those strategy, building your own
strategy coming from your own understanding with flow is far better to succeed  from this business,
