They started to use Telegram and social media
Don't send any coins to them or anything similar

Anyone can set up one we do not know if this is a scammer or with good intention but like what notblox1 posted we should not send funds unless they are transparent and we know who are sending funds, in this Crypto world, scammers are taking every situation to scam until we are sure that we are sure that they are truthful.

another scam in the making. i hope people are not gullible with this kind of swindling strategy. if you want to help or donate, just reach out to the official organizations helping this kind of disaster. more then likely, the cryptocurrencies that they will raise will just go straight to their pockets. no names, just addresses. 
 i hope they will not make a mistake of creating their thread Here because they are already busted.

From the information you gave, OP, that certainly looks to be a typical opportunistic scam which preys on people's laudable desire to help.  I don't donate cash or crypto to well-established charities, so there's no way in hell I'd send a single satoshi to this person's address (and I'm pretty sure it's a person and not an organization).  Hopefully people on Telegram and whatever other social media this scam is being perpetrated have good sense and don't donate money to them.

Good thing we haven't seen anything similar on the forum, though I'm pretty sure it would get shut down pretty quickly anyway.  Good looking out, OP.

Its a little relief that till now no one make any deposit to their addresses. We have seen many times how these scammers take advantages of complex situation like covid19, Australia bushfire and now Beirut explosion. Actually all they need is just some easy money and they haven’t got minimum humanities. They know well that during ongoing situation many donators will come forward to help Lebanese people and they are trying to take this advantage. Shame on these guys.

Scammers always want to scam people with hot topics. For this they run their fake fundraiser campaign as much as they can. Because they know that if they can attack people emotionally, they can benefit from it.

It is surprising to think that they are trying to take advantage of such a tragic event. Someone is trying to scam using such a situation, it shows how low the mentality of these scammers.

Exactly, just like the George Floyd incident before an the Covid-19 crisis, scammers always find a way to create these kind of websites to take advantage of people sentiments. But it is really good that up to this point, no one is depositing to that address.

A lot of good members will still spot and report it, so we should stay vigilant with this kind of attacks.

Shameless scammers looking for every opportunity to steal some crypto from unsuspecting people of goodwill. I just checked all the addresses and so far so good. No BTC or ETH sent to them.
