Honestly, there is no way someone could tell which coin will pump everytime, predictions and technical analysis are not correct all the time. There are services like trading signal but I don't recommend to use those services, better learn for yourself and do your own research. I am not a top trader but I have notice some coins pumps when there is a big update about them, either good partnership, top exchange listing, mainnet update, etc. but only on reputable and genuine projects.

What you are asking is not very easy to accomplish. You need to understand the market first to know that nobody knows it, knowing the next price is like knowing what will happen in future and this is not possible. So, if you understand that it is not possible, then you can appreciate it when you get a call to buy or sell and it happens to fails to give you profit  . Traders only try to analyse the market with technical and fundamental strategies.

I'm not a top , good or perfect trader.

Professional traders are very busy to the point that they don't have time dealing with this kind of offer. How much more if a whale or big groups.

So any offer you will get, you might consider them as "scam" or untrustworthy.

No pun intended but what you need is a crystal ball that tells what will happen in the future @ 100% and, not a whale. Even a top trader won't know if there's a big pump.

Whales activity on shitcoin? I doubt that they can literally gain an advantage shilling at those coins nowadays.

That would take time and doubtful to make it prioritize. But I suggest not to ask whales instead, not actually they are helpless but couldn't think how they set up a trap for newcomers. Would like it happens to you? I assume you do not want it to happen.

Anyway, nobody could tell you a perfect time to buy and sell our holding because nobody knows exactly when does the market pump or when it dumps. It is just your decision, by simply taking a look into the market situation you can certainly decide if you'd like to sell it or just buy. It is much better to observe the market bahavior and do market your own analysis rather than asking people that thing because they are also acting differently and that might not agree with you.

That's not how the world works mate. You either learn how to trade for yourself, or you simply don't trade. If I was earning great money through trading, I wouldn't give you my strategies probably unless you're going to pay ten-fold of my yearly earnings.

Are you for real? Even good or experienced trader, let's say, most of them can't tell when to sell or exactly when to buy the dip of the dips. They are somewhat waiting for a point or some signals when to enter onto a market.

I will advise you to just join any pump and dump trading group. But risk also come with that when the pump goes wrong.

It's better to learn and analysis yourself rather than try from each group you joined. Every traders will always encounter trial and error situation, loss some bucks when you still learning isn't bad. You only need to practice more and more to become a better trader.

Be careful, you are prone to scam if you are looking for whales, they would never tell who and where they are, they hide themselves because they are making money and they don't need your money.  I suggest you study how to trade, learn it your own, if you keep practicing, eventually you will learn and you will improve as a trader.

Trading with the help of someone is good, but you should not totally rely on someone, and it's not suggested to join a program or whatsoever where they give a call and you pay the premium.

It's difficult to tell a person if he/she is a whale trader. And for sure, even there are some people who are whales there, for sure they won't reveal themself, and it's difficult to trust people nowadays.
But there is some alternative you can use, as what others said; trading signals. You should subscribed to those premium paid trading signals, but you should also think that they are not God, not 100% of what they tell to you is 100% accurate.

If theres  one then they wont surely tell somebody on what they know and would make all the big money for themselves and wont accept any pennies from others just for them to tell about price movements.

Also, theres no such thing for people to know on what coins would pump.Unless if you are a whale which can really manipulate price. Do you really believe that you can easily spot out these fellas?

I don't think so that there is a person will comment on this thread and tell that he/she is a whale trader because as you can earn a lot of market income and profit with the use of trading your identity must need to keep it than showing your self as one of the largest earners.

Is this a good thing to show your self even you are a large earner of money? If the answer is yes you just need to secure all of your funds because they know you have a lot of money so of course, someone will want to get your funds.

If you want to keep it anonymously this is good because no one knows you and you have a lot of money.

I know that you want to make money and I also know by your post that you do really want to make the effort to learn how to trade but you need to think a bit about why a whale or top trader will decide to help you out and give you signals in order to make money when they could keep the signals for themselves and make a fortune, you do not have enough money to pay them for the privilege, so forget about that possibility, be honest with yourself and ask yourself the next question, are you willing to do everything that is necessary to become a good trader? If not, forget about.

Ain't know if there is a service offer like that but I'm sure if someone PM you and offers this kind of service. Check first their legitimacy because for sure, most of them are fraud, there's no way to know before the whales making big transactions.

I have a suggestion if you really want to know the whale's transactions. Just follow this twitter account, @whale_alert, all those big transactions are monitored by them, so it is possible you are aware when the market pumped but it might you are quite late to do an action.

Seriously man. Why would you pay for such a meaningless pumping service? In the world of cryptocurrency trading, there are no guarantees for you to profit. Even "experts" who have great technical analysis cannot guarantee you on when to buy or sell. Anything could happen.

Back in 2018, various technical analysts predict that Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies would bounce back after Consensus event (because it did pumped for consecutive years). Unfortunately, that "pump" they're talking about didn't happen and it goes down instead.

Before you go into trading, you must learn in managing your risks first. Learning how to trade while you can't manage your risks in terms of financial decisions is gonna be useless and not worth it.

Do not get your money caught to anyone claiming they are whales. If a person is truly a whale they will make a profit themselves anyway, there are so many ways and so many coins that whales could make profit from that I doubt any of them would need money from you. And people who work with "I will use x amount of dollars, whatever profit I make half of it is yours" is not going to really be a whale, they already have 1000x of that amount to be whale, anything you can offer them will be tiny.

Why am I so sure about it? Because you are looking for a whale here and if you are looking for a whale here that means you are definitely not a rich person, no rich person would be on bitcointalk looking for other rich people to join together. Hence, whales will not be helping you and ones that want to help you will not be whales.
