By looking at this their is quite a lot left to be desired, though I haven't gotten a response from you guys since yesterday I asked a question in the other thread, but I still have few more questions I wish to ask, and it would be nice if the rep of keychainx is present to address the necessary question by potential client., because the speed of response from keychainx customer support or rep will be a defining factor in attracting more clients to their services.

From the looks of it, it seems your fee is cheaper although I have not checked other outlets to see how much they charge but I presume they would be more higher compared to what task is involved in recovering the wallet. However, I asked a question here  about my situation and I am yet to hear from you..I will like to get a feedback so I can know my stand on this situation as I have been trying to see how I can recover my assets in that wallet as I long lost the keys to the wallet. I personally don’t enjoy sending emails especially when the case is urgent and I would rather prefer to chat on WhatsApp or telegram and for a service like yours that has to do with more frequent communication with clients, I think integrating WhatsApp and telegram would be a more better option to look into.

Since you also make your presence visible on here, don’t you guys think it will be nice to give a more easier presentation of your previous works done over here atleast it will give more visibility and are you guys still considering helping lesser amount for free for how long and will you change your mind if you get maybe about 20 jobs with $150 or below in it and starting charging a fee by then?

I think that we both share the same sentiment here because in my own opinion, contacting some through email is old fashion, look at the world today, it's mostly younger people that are into crypto, and I can confidently say that majority of those young lads don't give a fuck about emails, they prefer social media than anything else, that is why Whatsapp, telegram or through Facebook should be the best means of communication.

Personally, I don't rely only on Trustpilot reviews even though they are a good starting point. Interacting with their representative here will be more interesting to me sine I can ask question and from their answer I will get the information I want to work with. Recovering wallets is a very big business because most of us use software wallets that are prone to a lot of issues that will require services like this, so a clear understanding on the nature of their business is good.

It is as if we keep asking the same questions without getting answers to them, this forum has good reputation and reputable members, just as you can see, you said you guys were able to recover severally wallets from where you started mentioning till the end, I think we still want to get a clearer picture of this, I believe what is been discussed here are also been seen by some potential clients who may be needing your services but may be they may want you guys to come in, to give answers to several question being asked here, lately no one will want to go into what he or she don't know even though they actually need such service, atleast you know what I meant by that.

I think they have a representative that has last logged in less than 5 to 7 days ago because I think it’s been less a week I saw a response from them on one of their thread.
The truth is, their service is a very crucial one and as such, they need to be very conscious of every thing they do even their prompt response to their clients is a major plus to them and as such, they ought to take it very serious and do everything possible to track down their clients without giving such rooms to scammers.

I’m still looking forward to them posting some of their previous works progress and successes to boost the morale of intending customers because it will truly be sad incident that we loss money while trying to recover it as a user said previously.

Yeah that's true cause some clients devices contain very important informations and it may seem risky to expose it the companies technicians regardless of the trust. But then to be on the safer side, clients would need to moved their important informations from the device to a hard drive then leave only the informations needed by the company's technicians, that's fair enough and would be okay for both parties. Taking about their representatives, hopefully they'll be here soon to give everyone the replies we need, let's maintain patience.
