WixiPlay.io Won't pay

So I was directed to wixiplay.io thought I would check it out I had a few friends recommend it so I thought hey why not.... Well I am now waiting 3 days for my coins from them. I deposited approx 5.5 dash coins on there and after 116 confirmations on the chain and messaging support probably 5 times, I got to the twitter account and they told me that the wallet is under maintenance. They tried to put my coins back in my wallet but after waiting over 24 hours no response I wouldn't trust them with anything. I told them I wanted my f'n coins in my own wallet not on the site, so they BLOCKED me on twitter after I posted and tagged them because I still was getting no responses from anything. I am pretty fed up that these guys have kept close to $800 CAD of my cash I just want my money and I want people to be aware that they do NOT CATER to their customers WHATSOEVER just their own pocket book because they won't even take the time of day to communicate and keep a person updated. I have yet to see in my time playing online a wallet under maintenance for over 3 days the most interesting part is it is not even posted on their TG and or the their twitter. They have stopped communicating and just seem a like a den of thieves this is ridiculous and I don't want anyone else to get ripped off.

It would be one thing if I rolled my coins and lost them playing on the site.... they just won't let me take my coins....

There is some lovely screen shots, I got blocked on twitter because I posted hey these guys aren't paying so instead of turning around and trying to rectify a situation they just decide to block a person keep their money.

So avoid these guys at all costs. I will update this post if they get their act together and pay

I wouldn't trust them with anything.

You should've done more research prior to using that platform ^{[I hope you get it back though]}...
^{- Simply search for their names in both Scam Accusations and Reputation boards or check the ratings for both of their accounts on this forum (wixiplay and WixiPlaySupport [read "Untrusted feedback" parts as well]), you'll get the whole picture.}

 I am not sure who I trust more the site Luckyfish who tried to bribe mne to be quiet about them cheating people (ps I have their site cloned so I can back up everything I am saying about them to all them idiots who think they know better they don't just saying) Check this screen shot out of LF trying to bribe me.... Wixi and LF seem very similar if you get what I mean, no posted owners, tried to hide where they are located in EU etc etc.... think they are smart but aren't... like trying to blackmail and extort me when I was taking SS's and and exporting the conversation... interesting thing is there is a way to get them under US and Canadian jurisdiction they have an IO but its hosted by an american company.... interesting facts of the day

They ignore their people when emailing for support same hosting service etc I would bet some good cash they were they same so not sure who I trust more... at least LF let me withdraw my funds lolol that shows you how shady and pieces of shit Wixi is

Its really unexpected to get this type of service from an gambling platforms where gamblers is their main asset. I don’t know if you have already posted a reply on their official ANN or not. If you didn’t do that yet then you should make a reply there which will let others to know what they are doing actually.
