We had a very ugly encounter with a player a while ago and ended up having to file a police report over it because the player made death threats to our staff. This is the first complaint about super users I have seen and I guarantee there are not any, this is the same software platform that other large sites are using such as SwC. I won't disclose information about the player account that is mentioned... but I can assure you it is not a Super User. I would suggest if anyone wants to talk to players that are active on the site and really get a feel for the community they drop by the Discord Server where players that play, deposit, and cash-out on a regular basis hang out.

The community on this poker room is really great and I think anyone that comes to a live stream with one of our Chip Bandits or chats with players in discord will quickly get a sense of what Rounder Casino is all about.

At least, this case has been clarified by the Rounder team. Also, when I checked their trust summary, there is no existing issues or problems. So I guess, that prob is the fault from the players' end. Anyway, if players from the forum have bad experience, they will send feedback to their account. And so far, there's none. And they are pretty much active here. So if you have issues, I believe they are easy to approach with.

It's good that you have been open to this issue, I hope you can continue to improve or reduce KYC.  You can only require KYC for fiat users.  When it comes to crypto gamblers, you can loosen the policy, especially for those who do not have a large amount to deposit or withdraw.  Then you just ask them for Identification or documents if the amount is too high or the limits set based on your rules are reached, the ones that seem to have enhancement.  Just update us if you already have a decision regarding this.
