I really have a hard time understanding your goals, it's not like this if you do oil business with other people, oil trading has rules and procedures from the government.

Not by post/telegram / PM and so on, who is responsible for all this, if oil trading is not smooth.
Give us some details about oil, if you are a businessman and where are you from/your country.

Indeed. Actually there is a more appropriate place than this forum when it comes to kind of stuff. Hmm maybe OP is looking for some advice from those people who bought a franchise of gas station and ask if it's feasible for him to do the same thing? Just a wild guess . Nonetheless, I think it would be much better if he will directly contact the local oil marketing company or the dept. of energy on his country for his inquiries.

Oil People, lol. If we exclude the race of "oil people",  there are hundreds of things relate to oil and people who are involved in these that will not help you in other branches, oil exploration, oil extraction, distribution, you need people that drill for oil, search for oil, oil traders, a business that own gas station, and on and on...
Or maybe he just wants to sell some barrels of oil as he did with the copper

Right, on topic... I own some land that may or may not have oil or even gas under it, and I've consumed many oil based products so I'm very much "in the business". OP - let me know what you need. I can set you up with some pro tips how to find out which side of the car the fuel cap is on WITHOUT GETTING OUT OF THE CAR.

There are some people thay are interested in selling some oil and gas products for export purposes. What in trying to find are people that are in that sort business, know some things about the market or people that want to buy. I know I probably won't get too much feedback here given the subject matter that is usually talked about on this board but if you do have any info please post here or send me a message.

and there are some people that will now try to catch you with their scam, now that you posted something like this expect a bunch of PMs from now on and as early as now I'm warning you to get those people off communication and start talking to someone who is credible enough for this matter. This is the first time that I saw a thread like this, looking for oil, it's far from what we really are trying to discuss in here you could have checked the marketplace section where a lot of people are buying and selling anything OR in off-topic ( this got a lot of scammer ) so I suggest you to move this topic in more relevant section.
