[SCAM] John Kmp VCC Apple Developer is a scammer / fraudster

1- I bought a vcc from it to create an apple developer account but it never works
2- When I told him that VCC was not working instead of solving the problem, he asked me to buy the account from him for an extra amount of money!

He is newbie on this forum and you trade with him without using escrow, im very sorry for your lose, next time if you want to buy something from newbie or any rank please use trusted escrow on this forum even the transactions is below 10$ because we dont really know  if the seller is honest or not, sorry for your lose and i leave red tag to the sellers.

I didn't see that on those screenshots of your communication that you shared, but did you at least ask him for the refund and how he reacted to that? (I know that chances for that are low since seller is a nebwie account without no reputation so its easy for him to just take your money and disappear).

As @MonsterV told you, escrow is a must when dealing with such members. By the way , you can also raise flag against him.

Here's your loss for a little mistake that you could have prevented if you had wanted to. There are many such scammers who try to scam by creating new accounts and they succeed when they find someone like you.

They promise to give you a lot, but when you pay, they don't really give you anything. Because they don't have anything original. So you must use escrow before making any kind of transaction in future.
