This is a seed kernel announcement of The Complex, a bot and automated cloud services decentralized company.

Introduction

The Complex is a self-growing organism.  Starting from this seed (this post), The Complex shall grow into a worldwide organization of robots and people, creating profit-making cloud services focused on automation and blockchain.

Who?

A single person plants a seed.   The DAO is the vehicle to build a team and germinate and grow this ambitious project.  Background is pre-Ethereum crypto engineering.   The same person is behind sister project The Tribe (TRIBE).

What?

This post is the seed that grows.   DeFi scripts and products are being tested.   There is no website, yet.  There are no deployed DeFi smart contracts, yet.  The token and colony were just created.   This is the very beginning of the journey.

What is happening to this project? No further updates from the OP? Just another Defi that will lose the battle in the field? The available funding is 0 eth and they only have their PLEX tokens?

Seeking a web designer to create a simple 2-3 page website, and some logos, for our DAO organization.

I guess s/he is the one and only who's developed this project that's why s/he need some help (at least to build simple web page and create logo)

I failed to see the purpose of this thread. Even if we consider this as a base of your future project's development, this ann is completely bare. It'll be better if you keep everything until they're ready and releases them in a detailed ann.

This even has been going on for more than 1 month but there are no updates. I hear that OP still did not find what he want, he seek people for help make some preparation for his project, but there's no respon from people.

What's happening:   We are building the initial website, Discord, dapp etc.   The first workers have just been hired, and started work this weekend.  Two initial dapps have been authored by myself.

The purpose of this thread is to announce the very beginning, before any of that is complete.

Many coin projects are packed with VCs and insiders, who get first access to the token, long before it is open to the public.  This is wrong.

We are different.  This project is open from the very beginning, the first breath of the idea and work and funding.   If you want to participate, or buy the PLEX token, you can do at the same time.  If you want to work for the project, you can.   There are no insiders.

And I suppose this project will coexist with this one?

Yes.   The Complex will be building NFTs for The Tribe, and be the primary software contractor for The Tribe.

The Complex will also build for itself, to make profits, by building:  Rebalance bots for DeFi, arb bots, and similar cloud & bot services.

Where do you see this?   Those are not our clients.   We are fans and users of crypto.com.   Never heard of Rivet, Dent, or InsureX.

The Complex is brand new, and the only client is our sister project, The Tribe.

This is a new approach to a business.  Start at the very beginning, before investors, before hiring initial team.   All of this is done via online forums and the DAO.

First, the token economics are created.   This allows first hiring to be done.

Second, workers are hired to build the initial website, to explain the idea.

Third, people begin to understand the idea.  More PLEX trading occurs, to help fund the idea.

More workers are hired, more is built, etc.

All in public view.   From the very start.

It is ok to be doubtful.   This method of building a DAO business is strange and new.  It is ok hang back, and stay away from TRIBE and PLEX until there is more information.  It is ok to wait until there is a posted roadmap.  These postings are more about finding early workers for The Complex, and early volunteers for The Tribe.

This is correct:   Started with a genesis post and a team of one.   With website builders hired, the team has grown.  The background is crypto software engineering for many years.

It is ok to be skeptical.  This is a new way of building a decentralized business, and we are doing it the hard way.

We will proceed with humble transparency:   Anonymous founder.  This is not even a website yet.  This is very risky, and very little information.  No products at all.

Liquidity increased:
- $20k on Uniswap (PLEX-ETH pair)
- $7k on Balancer, excluding the large TRIBE/PLEX pool
