First off, I have absolutely no association with BCX. I've lurked BTCtalk for a while, and when I was finally ready to take my coin idea to the next level I decided to sign up and start recruiting interested parties to help develop it. If when I go public with the idea BCX decides to shit on it(I'm very doubtful, my project's use and goal will be unique and the project will be transparent), I'll discuss it with him like an adult.

His DDOS attacks are likely launched against shit coins that are making crypto worse. Just because he believes that, doesn't mean he is right. Just because you believe the coin you're interested in is not a scam, doesn't mean you're right. The reason I'm inclined to side with BCX and the other senior members is for that exact reason. If someone who has been here for 3+ years tells me some advice, I'm going to listen. If some guy with an account that is 3+ months old tells me some advice, I'm probably going to let it go out the other ear. If you don't understand why, maybe that's part of the problem

I didn't call the specific site a scam.. I don't know what site it is. I also do not believe that you could in any way verify whether or not it is, without being involved with the site, in which case your opinion is a little bias. I think the example you're using was spam. I reported a NXT multipool post that was posted in the BC multipool thread and it was removed, hopefully that guy doesn't cry.

I do believe he has stated with 100% certainty that DGC's developers actions were scumbaggy. He has every right to go in to DGC threads and talk about why he believes DGC is a scam. He's given reasons (that's what I've read) and from what I can tell, you just won't accept it. If he was in there saying "THIS IS SCAM INVEST IN _______" then yeah, there could be an issue... but I haven't seen him do that. I've seen him address the problem, and I would imagine he's grown tired of arguing the same points with a bunch of people far less qualified than him.

That's (probably not) my problem to deal with in the future. You speculating about what he might do only solidifies my standpoint that you're pissed he's calling down a coin you're invested in to.

But, if that was the case, I'd probably leave BitcoinTalk and the spots he's harassing me. Again though, this is not an issue I'm concerned about.

You dont get it man, I am trying to run a business online and someone is deliberatly taking food out of my mouth by threatening to DDoS or take my site down, not to mention spreading FUD about a coin I am heavily invested in. I have been trying to build DGC back up ever since the price drop in early feb/march by getting involved in the community and instead of reaping benefits I am getting shit on by someone that has it out for a dev that didnt even do anything to him specificly.

And I have tried to contact/communicate with BCX, I have tried ignoring him, I have tried just moving on with my business and I get followed around to my other threads. I am not a negative person, I am just on the defensive all the time now because INSTEAD of opening a business in a fair market and getting people to come and use my site I have to constantly be defending every god damn word I say all because I gave my opinion in a thread about the currency I like the most. When I started posting I was only giving my opinion then I started getting attacked, personally and professionally.

Just because I've only started posting here recently doesn't mean I haven't been reading the posts in this site for a looong time. I have been following Cryptocurrencies for a long time so don't automatically side with someone just because they have been on this site "longer" than anyone else. I know alot more than you think. Maybe if you read some of his past history and long list of DDOS threats, unfounded, speculative claims you wouldn't be so quick to take what he says as gospel.

While I do like what DGC and its community are working in for the long term future of it in regards to services and real world useability they are not the only coin I support, PPC and NMC being just two other examples. Lol you are kidding yourself if you are 100% certain that the DGC dev was acting shady, you have no verifiable proof and thus this would not stand up in court one iota. How can we take you seriously when you talk speculative nonsense like that? First have some 100% solid proof before you go supporting unfounded allegations.

You might not have called the site directly a scam but you alluded in your posts that he was engaged in scamming which is once again nonsense and unproven. Guilty of spamming yes, scamming no.

I'm quite confident in the coins I'm investing in and DGC certainly is one that is working hard to be a long term useful and top Cryptocurrency. They just announced the DGC 2 core update and also went live with a very good revamped website. Credit to the dev and the community for continually updating and improving DGC.
