Price of each sBTC will be softpegged to 0.0001 BTC in theshort/medium term .

- Equilibrium
Built in smart contraction and expansion algorithm that will bring the sBTC’s supply demand to anequilibrium and thus 0.0001 BTCsoft pegging price.

Soft pegging and rebaseing allows the project to grow stronger and more naturally whilst also rewarding token holders.


The contracts:

- There will be many staking/banking plans available.

- Each plan will have either a flexible locking duration term or fixed duration term.

- Each plan will have different rewards attached to it, rewards could be in sBTC, ETH, or any other partner tokens.

- Some unique plans might have a maximum allocation quota, you might need some fomo to get in!

- Some plans might work directly with tokens, some with uniswap liquidity tokens only.

It seems like Ive never heard of this. The price is over $3 and the tokenomics is like bitcoin with 21million total supply? Is this somehow a mirror project of bitcoin. Did you conduct any IEO or token sale? I never noticed this project before and even now.

How is the compensation plan for staking? And its APR? how much was the equilibrium break out for this? Sorry I have a lot of question it seems like you have a good start with that liquidity.

it just like previous failed project. many new project trying to make it similar with bitcoin especially on supply amount, they think by make its supply same with bitcoin investors will interested. this project only known in this thread, and no one discuss it on any telegram group so its normal if you have many questions about this project. i think smell scamm detected in this project.

You could have at least tried to hide your shilling a little bit better.

Man, so many defi projects popping out of nowhere. At least make your projects more attractive with tangible benefits. Allow user to stake on multiple platform is a vague utilities and I bet nearly all tokens can be just the same. I smell another copycat and worthless tokens in the near future.

Seems like a hybrid project with name and supply of bitcoin while smart contracts and automation through ethereum network, if they become successful in what they are doing i think they can go a longway but personally i will wait for market acceptance of the project.

Are there any novel applications for this? I'd love to hear them... 0.0001 BTC pegged value per token is definitely more useful than a whole BTC/token.

This coin foreign to me. If i look the chat from August 10 to August 16, this coin has increased more than 2x. But it's only listed in uniswap with around $4M trading volume, I'm worried this just manipulation, so currently, I don't trust this coin

DEFI is the order of the day and I am not surprise seening people trying to build the idea around BTC, but the issue is that it is not built on Bitcoin network, we all know RSK team is doing something like this but it is on Bitcoin network which is a plus to the team unlike this sBTC project, wishing you the best

Soft Bitcoin (sBTC) is the name of the project but yet using Ethereum blockchain, not only that but also seen as the future of the Defi projects. Seriously, investors need to be careful of most projects nowadays especially with the hype being caused by Defi projects; it's too much such that new projects are coming out with one attributes or the other which will tag them as Defi hence giving them the opportunity to leverage the hype and make money.

How did it impress you? I haven't seen this project and the poster just posted this as is it's their announcement thread. And then, leaving without replying to any reply from all of you. What I see is that this token has also used the name of bitcoin for the chance that it can get for attention from the investors. Any project can create themselves but naming another project with bitcoin, we knew it that there will be no other place for it.

sBTC used AMPL rebasing smart contract to peg sBTC to BTC on by a trustless way. Not like wBTC. I am interested in the new project here. It is legit for 100% sure.
