If you are blocked / maybe this is the reason;

A: Possible (or real, not for me to decide) scams are not moderated to prevent moderator abuse. If we start picking out which ones we call "scammers" and ban, we would make a lot of decisions based on biased opinions.

Just to add to what the other guys already said, the bans are personal, that means that you as a person are banned from the forum so every new account you create will eventually get banned, no matter the location you are on. So just don't waste yours and the moderators' time to create a new accounts, just find another place to do what you did here, there are many other forums out there..

Nobody gets banned simply like that.

Most likely it's impossible, and you are lying. Usually, moderators do not ban any account without any reason. Very rarely mistakes could happen. Actually, you know very well what happened to you than us. So if you are sure that some of your alt accounts got ban than all accounts under you will be banned. So even you tried to appeal, it will not much be benefited. But if you believe moderators wrongly banned your account then write to appeal department as suggested by mole0815.

I'm going with plagiarism, though it also might be due to ban evasion.

During 2017 you used a lot of copy/paste lines to join bounties. Some of the accounts they were copied from look like they could have been your alt accounts, and many of them have been banned. It's possible you were just using the same list of copy/paste responses they were.

There are dozens of other examples just like these ones. Most of the people who engaged in this kind of copy/paste have already been banned, but you slipped through the cracks for quite a while. I know it was 3 years ago, but rules is rules.

I'm going with plagiarism, though it also might be due to ban evasion.

It's probably one or the other since the user had a lot of violations combined both in his first and other account I really think that the user has been banned from the forum because of the plagiarism he did and there is a chance that the first account was also banned for plagiarism. With both ban evasion as well as plagiarism taking place on several occasions I think that this is unappealable considering the standing of the user where he didn't contributed much to the forum.

My brother flash back you have done something wrong which you don't know when you did it,because I don't thing someone will fall the victims of banned with out committing thing wrongly.
What I will tell you is that exercise patient since you have the faith that you have know done anything wrong to the community,they might unbanned your account because everything worketh by believe.
