OG, you had a wallet collecting all the ponzi investments, and it grew to over 2,000 BTC.

Then when pirate ended his ponzi, you still had all that money in your wallet.

Then you made an "insurance" wallet, and paid that out, while the 2,600BTC simply "vanished".

You continue to say everyone got what they were owed.   So my question is When did everyone agree to receive the insurance instead of what they were owed?  Nothing happened to those funds - why do you feel it was your right to seize them?

(I really don't expect justice on this forum - just having fun with this asshole until he is arrested)

Edited to add his alt name.

2,600BTC, people are more interested in talking about me sending a couple of pm’s to ask to oppose a flag than this? I guess it shows the total disregard supposed scam hunters have for real people with real issues on this forum.

It's all political.  Look at the accounts propping up Mr.  OG - many of them are more intelligent than I am, so they have known this since I first brought it up.   Yet he is still paid by this forum to hold onto coin.

I like you Vod but there are those people that OGnasty owes money? Can't they speak for themselves?

Aww, I like you too, and thank you for this very important question.  Mr. OG has never denied not paying out those coins - his defense has been three fold:  1) Everyone got what they were owed   2) You cannot name a victim  3) You are stroking out.

By definition, embezzlement is not a public crime - you steal money no one is expecting.    His ponzi was separate from pirate's.   He knew it was a scam.  He told people if they deposited more than 2,000 BTC with him, they would get extra interest.  Then pirate collapsed, Mr. OG silently took all those funds, and announced he has saved the day by changing the rules and paying out a fund 1% the size he should have.  People, not understanding what he did, hailed him a hero.

Some of Mr. OG's victims have already died.  The few that we have located are on board and will speak for themselves in court.  We are hoping that the news coverage of this scam will locate the other victims.

I just find it weird that nobody talks about OG's scam in the forum other than you. Maybe it is because people don't understand what happened well enough. I don't think I understood it well enough too.

That has been the biggest issue - presenting the crime in a way people will understand.

Simply put:  OG collected deposits separately from pirate, and when pirate collapsed, he used that opportunity to keep the deposits and pay out an "insurance' fund that no one had agreed to.

"Mr. OG - I sent you 100 BTC"
"Sorry, pirate's ponzi collapsed.  (I've taken your 100 BTC but) I saved 1 BTC for you!"
"Well, I guess that's 1 more BTC than I would have received.  You are a hero!"

I should add that TwitchySeal did most of the research (see my sig).  I'm just running with it.

But remember you said you never asked people to oppose your sponsors flag?

You remember lying about that right?

This 2600 btc heist does not offer conclusive proof like your lying does?
If there was the same level of incontrovertible proof then you could make a fair and sensible comparison.

Vod has suffered serious brain death by his own admission so that is something to consider. To him this heist may seem entirely real.
He may be convinced og stole 2600 btc, you are not.

You sound a lot like Mr. OG, making up things I say.

My stroke happened in the balance center of my brain, and was a result of a birth defect and a surgery I had in 1983.   Despite very very dizzy and foggy a year ago, there are no lingering effects.  If you can't see this obvious crime, that's fine, but there is no need to make up lies.

I appreciate your opinion, seeing as it boosts my credibility.  It's not a question if he did it - only the exact amount he stole.

I'm happy to discuss my stroke - this is not the thread for it.

There is no credibility. There is no concrete evidence that OG stole anything.

So you know what he did with the 2,600 BTC?  Tell us because he has forgotten.

Right now he's guilty, and I doubt the law will care about your "opinion".

Yet he is still paid by this forum to hold onto coin.

I'm not taking anyone's side here, as this "Ponzi to Ponzi scheme" happened years before I joined this forum. I read a lot on this subject, but I can't say that I have a clear image of how things went.

But strictly related to this quote, I think that OG is no longer a forum treasurer controlling funds by himself, based on theymos's statement from here. He is a treasurer, yes, but one which is a part of a multisig wallet, thus he can't spend funds at his sole will.

And regarding the period when he controlled 500 BTC of the forum funds entrusted to him by theymos, funds which he could spend on his own will, theymos said he returned all these money:

I very much appreciate OgNasty's willingness to perform this high-risk role for years! Returning 500 BTC is a more trustworthy action than most people will ever do.

[...]

Past treasurers John K., Garr255, Ian Knowles, Rassah, Ryland R Taylor-Almanza, and now OgNasty all returned the funds with which they were entrusted.

It is hard for me to say what happened with him and the pirate. But as far as I can see, strictly about forum funds, he took good care of them, returned them when theymos requested and now the funds that he's reponsible of can't be spent without other treasurers' approval.

I'd like also to mention that I don't know OG, nor Vod. All I know about them is that OG was a powerful treasurer, holding 500 BTC, which is now a less powerful treasurer. And about Vod, besides licking his boob from 1970 ( Smiley ), I know he offered to forum members a great tool - BPIP.

It's sad to see such reputable members fighting; it is possible that OG did all that Vod says. But regarding forum funds he was trustworthy so far.

That's also how I see and understand what happened between them no matter how many times try to read any posts from either of these people. (tldr; Pedo!, 2600 btc!, Tax evader!, Doxxer!, Ponzi!)

I can make one addition to your post though, OG probably extracted some fat Bcash from the forum funds. I don't remember theymos making any comments about that.

Sorry Vod, This was your line. I stole it this time.

I think Theymos called  him "tacky" but he continued to allow him to scam here.  But you make a good point mindrust - there are still people out who believe coins are safe with Mr. OG.

Mr.  OG is guilty.  There was 2,600 BTC he had taken in from investors that just disappeared.   Mr. OG won't say where it went.   That's why Mr. OG is going to prison.

But vod the problem with this is that you deny that said in public that strokes cause brain death and you feel you're reduced by 10% after
That is a significant and serious reduction. It could be worse now that you have no recall of saying that.

Perhaps this only seems iron clad evidence to you? It may seem real?
Perhaps in your mind the law is listening to your " opinion "
Lets wait and see what happens. if OG is still free as a bird living a good life whilst you are ... well let's not go there.

I don’t owe anyone money. Trolls on this forum are really reaching to be making up victims they can’t even name from nearly a decade ago. Everything was public. If I so much as misappropriated a satoshi there would be plenty of forum police showing it. They can’t because I did everything exactly like I was supposed to. I will never go to jail like Vod keeps saying, and after a certain amount of years I hope even Vod’s troll buddies will realize how stupid they’ve been to have wasted so much of their time calling an honest community organization a Ponzi scheme. They don’t realize that they’re only damaging the community and I will be fine regardless of what they do or say.

I don’t owe anyone money.

Just the government and the people you scammed.  Smiley

When did everyone agree to receive the insurance instead of what they were owed?

Everyone involved is well aware of what happened to any BTC I handled for them. They are all satisfied customers. If they would like to share their personal dealings they are welcome to. So far I’ve heard only positive feedback from them, so I think this entire allegation is nothing more than a misguided extortion attempt by a mentally deranged user.
