By Ledger site that coin is ERC20 token, and all you need is ETH app on your Nano and Ledger Live. For more information on how to do this visit the following link -> https://support.ledger.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005197845-Manage-ERC20-tokens/

So youre trying to send the tokens to your ledger, then which wallet does the token sit right now?

There are two types of CHZ-- one that sits in ETH chain and one that is on binance chain. My suspicion is you have the BEP-2 token which is why you got the invalid error when you tried to send them to an erc-20 address. Check your receiving addresses if they start with bnb or 0x.

I believe that it is a BEP2 token type as mentioned by @ Potato Chips, not an ERC20 token that could be a reason why it never sends but just having an error only.
https://www.chiliz.com/en/token-details/

I suggest converting it into ERC20 or ETH to the site itself for the easy transaction and so you can transfer it to your ledger nano wallet. Because there is nothing you can do if it stays like that.

You're probably better off asking this on the Chiliz[1] and Ledger[2] Subreddits, as most of us here are bitcoin-focused. Tongue Best of luck.

Thanks all for helpful replies. I will check the receive address re: bep/ox . Also realised i dont have any eth in etherium app ,so would this cause the problem or would it just say....not enough eth for transaction .?

You only need ETH on the wallet that's going to send the ERC20 tokens from. The receiving wallet doesn't need to have ETH.
