Thats just bullshit.

The address 1HQ3Go3ggs8pFnXuHVHRytPCq5fGG8Hbhx is known as former Ross Ulbricht wallet. Btc sat there since the silk road shutdown.

Its impossible you have wallet.dat with this address.
I guess its just a scam with manually modified wallet.dat files. So you can see the balances but in fact there are no private keys to those adresses in those files cause they are fake.
