This is not a scam-coin, it`s a regulated stock from Canadian Exchange TSX.
So it should be way more safer than coins.

When you opened the topic, the price was 0.05$ and you said it was undervalued.

Stock-Price: $ 0,05
Market-Cap: 9 Million (source: yahoo)

Now the price is 0.03$, anyone who would have bought following your advice that the company is undervalued and has extreme potential would have lost 40%.
Of course, that doesn't exclude the possibility of the stock to bounce back to 0.05 or 0.10 or even god knows what value but it can also go further down.

And sorry, a mining company that releases such a statement:

clearly hasn't done any mining this year.

The problem with this is the fact that we moved away from the stock market world to make a change in our lives and started to trade bitcoin instead, so why should we reverse that action and buy a stock just because it is a crypto mining company? I can invest that money to mine myself as well we are all aware of that right? Instead of buying their stocks and hope that it makes me some return, I could simply buy a rig and start mining and not only make a profit on that I might end up selling the rig to a higher price as well later since they are so out of stock constantly.

So, I feel like the best way to go about this would be not really investing into a company owned by others and help them gather more resources to buy more and instead just buy it ourselves, easier and also more trustworthy since you should be trusting yourself more than you trust someone else.

It looks legit enough but I will still have to do deep research to be completely sure, hope you understand? If this project is all about mining rental like cloud mining I would have turn away but since they are into mining hardwares, meaning one can purchase some asics and mining equipments from them is what interests me, I will drop my feedback after good analysis, thanks for sharing
