where i was told it was "administrator decision" and i wont get anything. After asking why i wont get if its in their own rules i should

i was told i should anticipate this and ask on support before deposit.... (nothing about it in rules)

After this i asked for fast withdrawal and i go on, but then they told me to start photomodelling with my ID in their site in background.

How good is that?

It's now clear I thought you were just telling that to get bonus we need to contact the support or in live chat. Since no representative from Gransino is replying on your concern and explain what happenedI think you should create a scam accusation post here about what happened or you have experienced in this casino. Not a good way to advertise they can have more victim if no one will open scam accusation and they will  only base the game on the reviews which is possible paid review or manipulated by them.

If you know you are doing it right then better follow the procedure and make scam accusation so no one will play this game until they resolve the issue you are experiencing.

@MAkkaroni Has made accusations about Gransino, but in my opinion the thread is incomplete about the problems he is experiencing so there has been no response from other members.

I hope this resolves quickly so there is no doubt for other users I know if there is already a thread of accusations about the project then people will think twice about playing there.
