A new thread in other languages section for buying/selling BTC

I have one active thread in Currency Exchange board where I am currently purchasing BTC for BDT. Since there are a lot of users from our local and some of them may not understand English properly, I think they will have misunderstanding with my terms and that's why I want to create a thread in other languages section as Bengali do not have a seperate board. Basically, it will be almost the same thread as of my English thread, a translation of the English one. Am I allowed to do so?

Based on the rules no duplication of thread on some boards. But since the purpose is for clarity due to language circumastances maybe moderator will allowed it not so sure about if its a service type of thread but no rules state specifically about kind of threads on forum's rule. Also quite special case cause you mentioned that you had no boards on Bengali right.

The rules stickied is only for currency exchange board imo, and there are some users who do the same as what you did. And it implies the rule quoted above. So I guess it's fine.

AFAIK, you're not allowed since you already have a "local thread" in "Other languages/locations" board:

It is prohibited to create translated ICO threads for Local Languages that don't have their own sub boards. Due to abuse, it is also prohibited for users to create threads outside of their Local Thread. This sub forum is for those languages that don't have a local board to have their own thread to discuss bitcoin in; it is not a place for account farmers and spammers to easily abuse campaigns. If you post threads outside of your own local thread you will be banned.

The rule was there to prevent account farming I think but that has been changed now. I believe it will be exception since my purpose is not to increase activity. Since we do not have seperate board, we can not continue such purpose in the same thread.

I'm not going to speak on behalf of all the mods and I don't know too much about the usages of the Other languages/locations section, but considering the topic pinned by Hilariousandco in this section, I would avoid creating a new topic.
If a person from each language created a topic to sell his services, it would quickly become a big mess.
If you want to speak to people from Bangladesh, the best is to post in the topic dedicated to this country (like you did here).

Yeah but hilariousandco was pointing that anyone trying to create another thread will be banned although I found this as a bad decision. Our local thread is self moderated one and if anyone isn't satisfied with a self moderated thread, they are free to create another thread of same topic. I'm not saying our local thread creator is manipulating the thread a lot (although I don't like some of his actions), it's anyones right to create a new thread if they don't want to be moderated by the thread creator. So, what's the point of banning people if they create another thread?

I thought about that. I can post this times to times but this doesn't serve the purpose of posting a thread in Bengali. I think you got my point. Moreover, if BitcoinDream wants (I think he will not), he can delete my post anytime. Anyway, if mods allow, I will create, otherwise, no.
