Hello you and everyone else, first i want to thanks for the messages and idea's that you offered to help me , finally after 4-5 days i got my deposit withdrawed and my coins are back now , even if i made a big loose on their exchange (the prices are much expensive than other exchanges) at least i got something im not back to 0 ... I emailed them few times and always they replied shorty "Sorry we have eth network congestion " this was their answer always , last time i sent them email Threatening that i will report the case in bla bla police and bla bla things i will do if you dont release my money after this email i got my withdrawal confirmation finally ....
Nice to see your coins are back to you, next time just use other trusted and popular exchanges (e.g. Binance, Coinbase). If you using trusted and popular exchange, I believe you will not encounter this issues. And be sure check the right url to avoid get phished.
Anyway, the problem is solved and better to lock this topic.
