It's been 10 days I'm still waiting for my withdrawals and their support is so lazy and I spoke to their security department guy over telegram he said he can't help me with anything I need to wait for finance manager i.e admin to comeback

If you have proofs (tx ID, bet history etc) then feel free to create a scam accusation in the Scam Accusations. Make sure you follow proper formatting. You case will get visibility and if you are on the right side then you may find yourself in the favour of the case.

Did you check your  address if there are unconfirmed transaction already in your wallet? And how much money you widraw if its ok to tell to us.

if you already  open scam accusation the better things to do now is wait for them to solve it, if they want to continue their business they will surely answer your quarries  and solve your problem. if they don't want to have bad feedback from user's that can also affect the reputation of their gambling sites.

Total 0.7+ BTC withdrawals pending + a good amount in account balance at wbet7 too

Sadly the only way to contact them is thru their email support@wbet7.com as they were not active here in forum since 2018. I'm trying to look for their telegram atleast but only few article were about wbet7 as well no socia media accounts or live chat in their website.
The owner of the website also unknown or use services to hide their identity.  The only way now is to keep emailing them.

But is not  any other alternative for you  to sort it out without the admin notice, but can't you access the admin through sending of mails,
Shall keep on observing  the thread people shall render nice idea,
But remember that it's issue you want to sort out,do not promise what you can't accomplish because what you really need here is the link to reach the admin,everyone is interested to help if such contact is within, but promising 0.02 btc to any one that have link,I don't think is ideal.

You don't need to post another thread in gambling section if it doesn't involve any gambling related activities but rather an accusation of scam with your pending withdrawal. You cannot just simply have clients to contact the platform and just give them .02BTC without even hiring an escrow. Also, in most cases of such pending withdrawals, it often takes more than weeks to be approved, considering the fact that we are all facing the pandemic which kept the most of us either busy or jobless.

If you ever managed to contact security team, better just simply ask them with their country and location so that you can search if they were having a hard time dealing with the pandemic, as it might have affected their company, team, hence even their platform. 10days is still a short waiting compared to a lot of pending issues in various platform nowadays. Have you also read their T&Cs if ever they require anything before accepting user's withdrawals?

I think there's a two parts of the job here, (1) knowing the admin and (2) helping you processed your withdrawal.

The second part is the hardest since we don't know your transaction with the site, it should be private between you and the site and I guess you already have posted in their ANN thread and created a scam accusation and there's still no answer here, so your best chance is just to wait or sue them if they can find some information about their registration.

Because their support is know for its lazyness and admin haven't done any upgrade on his site since he launched.

They dont have live support. They don't have a second staff. Admin does everything himself I know that much as I know this site since it's beginning

I even used to have Skype id of admin but he's not active there from past 1.5 years

He used his email only of the website and now he doesn't respond to that anymore either

All I know from beginning is that they at least don't scam.. like many other bookies do

I haven't seen any "5minute maximum withdrawal" in their terms and conditions dude. If you seen it upon your withdrawal request, then it's basically just an approximate time and not nor never been part of their terms. Also, haven't you had activities that was prohibited in their platform? Well, withdrawal and deposits T&Cs are as follows:

That's 0.55 btc which is already equivalent to 6,564 usd per http://preev.com/....It's just unfortunate that they don't have an active rep here to answer the scam so it will remain open and only OP's chance is to take the lazy support.
