their license provider seems to be from Bolivia, have you tried contacting their license provider? they might be able to help, but I am not sure how. if there never was an issue before it possible that you really have to wait for 2 weeks before getting your withdrawal request to be processed. also, it is highly unprofessional for them to do this.

Sadly the only way to contact them is thru their email support@wbet7.com as they were not active here in forum since 2018. I'm trying to look for their telegram atleast but only few article were about wbet7 as well no socia media accounts or live chat in their website.
The owner of the website also unknown or use services to hide their identity.  The only way now is to keep emailing them.

Sorry to hear this but that's the only contact info in their website,no telegram, no social media accounts and not active here in forum. they'd been a long casino  but didn't even update their profile or add more ways to market them thru social media. It shows that they are really lazy as you say in some of your replies, I wonder why you keep playing in them when there are too many casinos now that provide good support and  are busy updating and making their casino outstanding.
Let's hope someone here knows any member from  the casino to contact you and help you, it's a big amount and it sad if you will just lose it. Try to post also in other crypto forum or gambling forum for more chance of detecting the admins info.

It is so sad I read this case and it seems the OP has no at chance to recover his money, it seems he had 0.7BTC at the casino and the owners just decided to not pay what they owe him and just disappeared, the OP tried everything that he could by contacting them by email, this forum, telegram and even Skype and nothing worked.

It is clear this is a scam and they even tried to give him a fake transaction id as if that was going to deceive anyone, it is obvious the owners of this casino are dishonest and no one should play there as they still have their casino online and they could claim even more victims in the process.

They will accept deposits and bets, but processing withdrawals, i guess not. To bad these sites can scam so easy, and it appears that nothing can be done about it which is a sad story. We can only hope that there are not much more victims and at some point their site is offline and site looks pretty unprofessional as well by the way.

Also, dint heard anything from the Wbet7 team as well because it’s an accusation against them and if they have resolved it in order to get trust back, they should have reverted back on this thread about the situation which is also missing.

Since he was active fews days back on this thread but now silence from him could possible mean that he would have got his issue resolved but nothing can be said with surety. It might really sound harsh to new players in the market but we cant really remove that kind of doubts when new service or platform do come out.It always give out that hindrance for us to play

It feels really wrong that admins break or holidays should be a hindrance to users withdrawal. It's more like, the staff are just puppet figures who have got nothing really or any authority to see through the smooth running of the platform. From BTC0.7 winnings, I'm sure OP started with a big capital to reached that amount as profit. For a person who holds that kind of good amount, I'm expecting their DYOR is much better compare to average gamblers but still OP ended up on that kind of site.

Based on what I've read on their ANN, I don't think it's a personal issue why the owner became inactive. More of, I believed they really tend to scam at the start.

If it seems a huge amount of cash being held on that bookie I'm sure there's no way they'll give it again and that inactivity from their side is obvious that they'll scam people. They may be are active right now as per the website but I think that's only for formality and I guess they don't have much of costumers on their site, I may guess as well that they are processing manually their witdrawals and that's really put no good for the customers.

Well, this is a typical behaviour of scams. It sounds devastating now, but I wouldn't get my hopes up about getting that money back. Scams also don't care if you complain in Bitcointalk or anywhere else. They will stop the service sometime and start a new business.

I took a look at the site and it shows so many red flags why you should not use it. The license in Bolivia (very strange), the technical support guy who can't help you, probably there is only one person behind the project and he is using the "shift of responsibility" method to keep you and his scam going until he can close the project down.

Furthermore, the site does not offer "affiliates" (it says so but there is no page for it), the design is minimal and comes from the service that sells the betting script. So no great effort was made.

I can continue the list a little more. In short: It's a scam, write off your money and learn from it not to bet on such dubious sites.

There is also possibility that his winning also came from just small capital. Since it's not that trusted website I don't think some one will just deposit big amount to the gambling site that he never use before . For what ever reason is even they have event that promise a good bonus it's still no way you will just trust your money to unknown gambling websites just because of bonus.
