You can't use someone's identity and number to create a Paytm account because you need to use the mobile number which is linked with your banks.

AFAIK, is it possible to link bank accounts not sure about international cards and never seen such a feature as well.

No, it is not possible to link an international card to Paytm. You'd need an Indian bank card. Also, you'd need to do Min KYC which requires ID, which will allow you to store/spend up-to Rs. 10000/- per month but you won't be allowed to transfer money to friends/other-bank-accounts/etc. You'd be able to shop with it though on online sites and merchants who accept paytm. For other services you'd have to do full KYC which requires you to visit Paytm center for face to face verification with Aadhar and Pan.

Tips are welcome! => 1bVp177vXRdbBUb9HXgP3odcdXBXdYr4z   <= BTC

Thank you for your precious insights, I never knew it was this hard, thought it was like Paypal or Skrill.

PayPal or Skrill aim for global audiences; paytm doesn't... Hope u find a viable alternative to whatever u need.
