Why I am focousing more on $ALTS than Bitcoin

@OP maybe you can be more specific about which ALTS you mean because currently there are more than 6000 Altcoins in circulation.

focusing on Bitcoin or on Alts is equally beneficial. In essence, you must be sure of the crypto asset you choose, always sell it when it is made a profit.

It's obvious that because of the DeFi hype all of the altcoins that are somehow related to that field are growing up in value really quickly even if many of those projects are scams or bad projects so I do not really recommend investing in them, and if you are going to take the risk anyway at least invest a very small amount of your money, that way if you get lucky and the coin grows a lot you still earn a significant amount of money but if the coin crashes and disappears you only lose a small amount of money.

Its really just a triggering thing on why the market had hyped up again with altcoins and it is indeed because of this new DeFi thing and you're right that even the shittiest projects out there would really
be dragged along with it.

So it is really that much risky to take consideration on shooting up some money just because you do get along with the hype without even thinking first if the project is really worth to invest on.

This had been pretty common on this space that if you do let yourself get fomo'ed easily then you would surely or bound to lose on high chances.

 There will always be times when bitcoin gets super amount of attention after a while and when bitcoin reaches to a whole new cap people will move towards the altcoins and when those do reach a new cap they will move towards whatever is the riskiest, back in the day it was ICO after that it was IEO and nowadays iti s DeFi projects and so forth. That is why I believe this is an endless circle and people will keep doing that forever.

 Isn't there some people who are only using usdt/btc and nothing else? Sure there are. There are also people who only invest into new stuff as well, go into high leverage stuff, go into ICO or DeFi or whatever stuff. There are people who only focus on just one of them, but in reality those are small numbered, regular big portion of people go check out absolutely everything all together but the difference between them is that some of them do it in turns and some of them do it at the same time.

isn't it to be expected when so many alts are emerging every day and the flow of cash are going to them because they are trying to reach the people that don't really know bitcoin much. bitcoin dominance will definitely become less and less then the market are flooded with so many alts.

Altcoins are being there everytime and the counts is hugely coming each day almost but still Bitcoin domination are indeed and still more than %60 of the total capitalization in Crypto market.

It is not difficult to find altcoin if you will investing in top currencies like first 10 because they are safer and may have a Run together with Bitcoin when the bulls comes out,just be aware of long waiting in case you are not ready,.

Well bitcoin and alts are profitable to be traded in right timing. Top alts are likely the best choice if you're focusing more on it and not on bitcoin because it depends on the alts you choose and if it is beneficial if you invest.

What alts did you buy? You probably chose the wrong coin to invest in because most alts already showed a significant growth following the uptrend of bitcoin.

i thought you are talking about SALT ( a kind of coin ) lol but its alts or altcoins you are talking about . sorry about that but your explanation is correct , btc is now going down while the gains on alts are still there .

 alts are able to sustained what they gave gained last time .  its not bad if there are users that will foccus on alts over bitcoin  but i think most of the sympathy are still going for btc .

Bitcoin has a long time to hit this market, its dominance is too high and does a lot of damage to the altcoin, if it doesn't stop and adjust, altcoin will die and the situation is proceeding that way, Bitcoin has made its first gentle and descending steps, altcoins have made comebacks. Besides this interesting adjustment, a series of new projects and altcoins are being created, capitalization has gradually moved in here and of course, a wise investor will know that focusing on altcoin has more advantages, instead of sticking to a sideways bitcoin

thats not a move made by a newbie but he can be pro already and he is only shy to say it but he must tell the truth so that people wont suspect him .

for a newbie , the safest coin is only bitcoin and trading is also risky for newbie .other source of income helps to attain a big profit but using the word quick rich is not good to hear on my ears . legit traders dont mention that  .

Actually there are several new alt coins that in my opinion are potential enough to be traded such as DIA, wazirX coin and so on, but as a trader, of course we have to be ready with all the risks that exist if you try your luck at new alt coins at this time because new alt coins may not will last a long time in its development like some other alt coins that has now become scam coins, before trading, we should really know all aspects about these alt coins so that we can make the right decisions before trading, not all alt coins are cruel if you are reliable at doing make the right market predictions.😁

I don't think this is an endless circle and I think that for one reason only and that is that we have not an endless amount of money in the market, despite the huge amount of money moving in the market of cryptocurrencies every single day the amount it moves is limited and even if whales and expert traders can move the market as they wish the number of people that they can manipulate decreases with each passing year as people realize that they have been losing money in the markets for all of that time or they run out of cash, and while it is true that every single year new investors join this market at the same time the level of those investors is increasing and they are not so easily deceived as people were back then.

it's not only risky but it's a gambling especially for the Y family token as these tokens have no purpose at all. That reminds me with the bitcoin fork trends that happened a few years ago. My friend has already trapped by YFIB and that was a crap coin for sure.

I think it's pretty clear that if you wanna risk more then you can go and invest in altcoin where the rewards can also be high. Bitcoin is a relatively safe investment in crypto which gives decent returns too.

btw, i'm watching just now an interesting stablecoin dex - xsigma. good financial model, and they have nice rewards for LPs
