It's either a bizarre anomaly or the result of some active and strategic plan of Trump. America has started no wars or conflicts during his first term. If this continues, it will be something that historians will study intently.

No doubt a good part of the Trump-hate is fostered by those many vested interests that profit from the US use of force internationally.

Made changes in the Visa policies to the immigrants which itself bring hate to him but I feel that is a good move to increase the job opportunities for the local people, not sure the visa changes effects are already alive or not but lot of Indians complaining that they lost their life.

This is false. The US has not withdrawn from NATO, in fact we provided military assistance to our NATO allies upon their request in the spring to help combat the coronavirus when their hospitals were being overrun.

Trump has however gotten our NATO allies to pay for something closer to the amounts they have promised to pay in terms of their military budgets. This makes NATO stronger over the long term, as our enemies cannot do something like get Biden elected in order to get our military to stand down in a possible conflict (similar to how Democrats are ordering the police to stand down and not arrest rioters in their cities).
