Users can only use that tokens to have lower fees but cannot convert to other currency did I understand it right ?

Regarding the referral link, it is only for informing the signature campaign participants who also want to join the referral campaign at the same time but don't understand how to get the referral link.

As mentioned in the rules that you quote, the script in the signature cannot be changed. It's mean you can't put the ref-link on your signature. But, you can share it on your social media accounts or other forums account that do not prevent you to share ref-links properly.

You are free to do that. Right now it's not possible to withdraw the token, you need to wait till the token distribution is over. Btw, you don't need to pass a KYC procedure. Though, if you are not a simple bounty hunter but trader who is searching for better conditions on crypto exchanges, you can use the received free NMX tokens for cutting off your trading commissions. If you just search for profit on the spot, you can reject your participation at any time.
