We can never tell whose POS coin are profitable and which one are not, In the market place there is no permanent status of price everything will fall and some other coin that are underdog before will go to the top, but since you are asking the community which is better, I'd rather suggest to look on the CMC and find POS/Masternode coin that has the high ROI...

CLAM is the only POS I ever touched, as any coin price pends on the market, this one is quite unlucky as coinmarketcap won't show it's exchange but a old scammy one. It probably not what you looking for as return rate isn't same as it was. You should probably invest in eth for the upcoming 2.0 version. I also has no idea what eth price is doing, your call if you wanna believe it will go up or down.
