When project says they were not able to raise enough funds or closing due to not having much investment and users, feels like either they are scam or not planned their development properly. Somewhere they failed and thus not able to raise enough funds.
However, there are many good projects out there that look strong and confident. Due to such projects, still having hope on the crypto market.

My opinion is simple and direct; that is, do not trust any new projects or rather do not trust upto 95% of new crypto projects because they are not coming to the crypto space to contribute adequately but are coming to be used as an avenue to enrich their team. Due to the lack of trust in new projects, people only care about the IEO and once it is on a good exchange, they participate, get their tokens and dump once trading starts. But in all these, it doesn't mean there aren't new projects which are good, there are but more research will be needed to figure them out.

And the perfect example right now are these DeFi projects.
As the hype is not yet over, don't be deceived by these DeFis sprouting everywhere.
Most of them will be abandoned in few months time.
We have future in crypto but it is only for those quality and real projects.
Those low-quality projects that were launched for the mere profit will be gone.
So as a user or investor, you should meticulously select which project you want to invest with.

Then investors should think about what project they have to invest either new projects (which is less profitability or nothing) or into old projects Whose been established well. It was you who decide what to risk regardless if it is new or not because if we are doubtful into investing crypto, even it was well established already, it can never change our mind.

I believe there is still a new promising project around as the Defi system had launched, it can be worth to try but thinking about a long-term prospect, we can't be sure of that. It only Bitcoin and Ethereum have shown such potentiality.

Why would they bother to make it long term when the victims of scamming can go their way instantly?most of new project now are just making its way to be listed to make the project looks legit and trustworthy but after a few days from listing?then the price starts to fall and the blame will be throw towards the Bounty Hunters who have not received their payments because the distribution starts for the so called investors.

I agree with your opinion this  is what happen now many project created just to make profit and there is no long term plan they can do to make it usable to  masses.

For security of your investment make sure that you will only invest your money to a project that proven that will last for long like ethereum and BTC , many just using crypto currency because they want to follow success of other developer but there are no strong plan that they continue it whatever happen to a project

Then skip that project and don't invest on it. No confidence? well it varies, if you are a investors that doesn't do your investigations and just throwing around money because somewhat told you or you are influence by this so called expert, then of course, you will loss your confidence because you are always on the negative.

On the contrary, if you do your due diligence then chances are you are going to succeed so obviously you are confident in your ability to recognise good projects.

And it doesn't mean that something immediately new is ought to be better than an old one. some of the old projects are much more actively developed and are being actually adapted by different sectors as utility or payment coin. We have so much coins already that 90% of them are bound to fail. Just a small number of coins would actually survive the test of time.

yes, it is and you really understand the current state of the market. It's not that I'm not sure about the many new altcoins that have sprung up nowadays, but in order to secure my money, it's better to hold altcoins with clear credibility. holding BTC, ETH, DASH has made me comfortable (slowly but surely profitable). instead of having to go in and try to pick a new altcoin that we're actually not sure about.

I agree with you that most of the projects that have sprung up this year, tend to only look for profit rather than success for the projects they build, and it is also very difficult for them to compete in the global market or find investors to finance their projects, maybe too many projects are already makes many investors do not believe too much, with new projects, until now there are many projects that are not very successful this year, even much different from projects in 2017, all projects that were running in 2017 were mostly successful, even those projects until now it is still going well ...

At least there is a change in making a project that many investors and the public want.

I think people have no doubts about blockchain technology in the future, it's just that everyone's fear of crypto currency is when they are wrong in choosing and buying crypto coins, because not all crypto currencies can be good to hold and own in the long term.
