This new currency will bring confidence and belief back to the people of America so that they can continue to prosper in our so ever changing world. In the year of 2008 when the global recession occurred, America was one of the worst hit countries it was believed to have been caused  by a combination of structural weaknesses of the American economy along with a many year long pre-existence of deficitits and debt in the trillions. The American debt ceiling is currently past $17 trillion.

There have been many "bailouts" given to the American economy over the years totaling over $17 trillion dollars and this ovbiously isn't working. So I feel America deserves something new something which will take the USA forward and give power back to the people of America.

A new open source peer to peer crypto currency which is not owned by Banks or governments but only citizens of America.

The United States of America currently has a population of about 318 million, IndependenceCoin will have a total supply of 6.4 billion coins which will have a 50% premine. The 50% Premine of 3.2 billion coins will be airdropped to Americans on July 4th each American will receive 10 IndependenceCoins.


The air drop of 50% will happen on July 4th Independence Day.

The remaining 50% of IndependenceCoins will be mined by Scrypt algorithm and below are the coin specifications.

I’ve been sitting here for weeks racking my brain on how a fair and honest airdrop would work in the united states (I kinda wanna do an Ohio coin), but I can't come up with something, just for one states, let alone the whole country.
