1) First, we have the higher low which we mentioned in previous update
2) Prices are now trading below EMA10 and we have decreasing trading volume , going lower and lower.
3) A recent rejection of prices while they tried to move and close above EMA10.
4) We are seeing long wicks pointing down.

Previously breakout of the 12k$ Horizontal Support will at least lead to the retest of the Lower Boundary of an Ascending Channel, which happened. Locally it should be a bottom as we got the majority of Longs got liquidated during the last 2 days (look chart above).

Technically it's a also a good point to retest, we are at the Support Cluster [11.650$ Horizontal Support + Lower Boundary of an Ascending Channel]. Nevertheless we have two work with a confirmed retracement.

Yes, if the link exists on the web. The post you have presented its obvious plagiarism since OP hadn't mentioned the source. And seems the source is available on the web. So it would simply prove plagiarism case. Plagiarism is plagiarism, either it's a full post or part of the post. Any copy paste from other sources should use as a quote, for the image should use the source link. Also uploaded and posting time should consider during report a plagiarism.

If the author of the posts cannot prove that he is the real author, then there is no doubt that it is plagiarism. Is it Lasky366 the author of articles on other forums we should ask him - but plagiarism in a particular case may not be so important if we take into account that it has been proven that the user in question has linked accounts, one of which is perma-baned, which undoubtedly means he is under the rule of Ban evasion.

The user was one on my watchlist but since some people think "this is not so important", well I gave up.

It doesn't really matter if he is linked to the other profile. Is it ok if someone uses the forum to copy-paste his/her own paragraphs from his/her blog without linking to it? No, because it will be unbearable right? (and if he adds a link it will be considered as spams doint it continuously btw)

So what makes Telegram or TradingView different. What about Twitter? Should we make a list of platforms from which we can copy without to be banned here </sarcasm>

Those who have given him merits, its not their fault because they all thought that it was his own creation but sadly it was not. I am sure his account will be permanently banned for this act of Plagiarism.

Yeah, well sometimes you take people's posts at face value and assume that they're original and not plagiarized.  Usually if I see a post by a new-ish member that's in perfect English I'll do a google search to see if they've copy-pasted something before giving them merits, but we all make mistakes.

By the way, we have run into the issue of members cross-posting content they've written themselves on blogs and other sites.  Somebody ought to bring this thread to Lasky366's attention and at least give him a chance to clarify if the plagiarism accusations are false.  Either way, he should have provided a citation so that we wouldn't have to go through all of this, but my guess is that this stuff was plagiarized.

Seems like @Lasky366 took content from two different tradingview sources, (+ few other sources) so chances of him being original creator of those charts are slim to none. In my eyes this is plagiarism, pure and simple and it shouldn't be condoned, but it wouldn't hurt to give him a chance to explain himself (even though many didn't have that privilege).

These days there are so many trading telegram groups and people can just copy paste their charts and ideas here and most of us will never know if they are copied or original content. Its very easy t manipulate the images and show them as yours original.

Those who are caught in doing such immoral things, should be punished.

Any post with a source that was not reference will be considered as plagiarism. It is just a way to give credit to the original source.

Lasky366  is blocked. All of his work was recognized as plagiarism. He still has one more account  that participates in the company's bounty. I think that it should be blocked too.

However, plagiarism was still detected. Many people write that they forgot the link to the source after plagiarism was discovered.
The question remains open to the discretion of the moderators.
      To be honest, you should be banned, at least temporarily, and banned from wearing your signature temporarily.
At least that was the case before.
