As a result of the ever growing technology and increasing population in all parts of the world it’s now difficult to live a healthy life. Also as a result of mass productions to provide for the over populated countries companies are working tirelessly and these activities has negative effects on the environment as many toxic substances are released into the environment both in water bodies and the atmosphere.

Man trying to live a healthy life will still inhale the toxic substance that has been released to the environment and these will definitely complicate healthy living. Now we barely eat fresh food as many of our food are processed and preserved with chemicals.

Lifestyle, Nutrition, Discipline were the most deemed important factors on maintaining good health status. They directly affect each other for one to successfully maintain the body in good condition. If you had a poor lifestyle despite eating healthy foods and with good discipline you can't achieve an optimal health status likewise if you are not properly eating balanced diet and not too disciplined.

Living a healthy life isn’t easy but as one that wants to live a good life it’s important we take safety and precautions of the things we eat and the environment we expose ourselves to.

Literally you can because it is up to our own discipline in life. If we strive to live with a healthier body we could do anything that can make our health improved a lot just like on foods that we need to avoid junks and take up more on vegetable and fruits and focus on a well balance meal. Additional exercises too would be a big factor that plays with a good health condition since it can improve body physiques and can reduce risk for heart problems.

I used to drink alcohol and smoke cigarettes when I was young. When my youth passed, I decided to lead a healthy lifestyle. I stopped drinking alcohol, I stopped smoking. Now I am advised to quit drinking coffee. Tomorrow they will tell me to forget about sex ... Why do I need such a healthy lifestyle? I probably agree with alcohol and smoking, but not with the rest.

Everyone is talking about nutrition, can’t disagree its very important but why no one mentioned exercise. Doing some sports and cardio is very important in keeping healthy.

The best thing for being healthy is Excercise. Excercise is very useful for our health. And also eating fresh vegetables and fruits is good for health. Getting up early in the morning is good habit and also good for health. Go for walking in the morning, eating fresh breakfast.
All are good habits for good health 😜

To be honest, many of us are struggling with having a good healthy lifestyle and I am doing my best to be able to do the exercises and then do the strategies to keep yourself healthy. The eating all natural part is a bit difficult yet as organic fruits and vegetables are very expensive where I am at. Nowadays, most options to stay healthy can only be found on areas with a high population of middle class, and the facilities and amenities are a bit pricey. It is really a challenge to be healthy unless of course we live in a rural area where nature has least polluted air, clean fresh water, and fresh and cheap fruits and veggies.

By that, does that include those immunization shots administered to the young ones/ babies?

Babies don't have immune systems, so vaccinating them whilst they have immature immune system, just screws them up for life, and locks them into the pharma world of health slavery.

babies do have immune systems..
the thing is its a fresh immune system that has not fought anything yet. so is at day 1.
if you are/were a parent that put a baby amongst kids with viruses to 'teach them the hard way' .. then you are a neglectful and nasty parent

its way better to teach the immune system in safe ways. by exposing them to pathogen identifiers. or gain immunity cells from breast milk... without having the replicating damaging pathogen introduced to the baby..

remember before vaccines. the child death rate from 'natural exposure' was so high that parents had to have 4-5 kids because they knew 1-3 may die die to illnesses.
adults would also die early. with an average life expectancy of 50 before modern medicine

vaccines help the immune system learn how to fight things. to then be ready for battle against the real pathogens.
your weirdly neglectful method is like offering a army recruitment office.. but not putting recruits through any training. just making them land on the battle field unprepared.

an untrained army is an army that would lose

i do hope in your working life you never worked in any recruitment role
as it seems you dont believe in training in a safe environment

A healthy way of life is something good and must be done by every human being.

@Jet Cash, is the person who understands the most about 'healthy living'. He is 70 years old, but he can still eat betel nut with his teeth, the key has been stated on the first page, smoking, alcohol, must be avoided.
I love the way @Jet Cash lives a healthy life.

Yes, it's true that natural foods are also a major factor for consumption, rather than fast food.

alot of people think 'natural eating' is a confusion of 3 paths

1. herbal remedy/supplements
2. veganism/organic
3. fresh not frozen

the reality is simple. not ready-meals that come in a container with an extended lifespan
(processed and many additives)

frozen veg is fine. infact it locks in more nutrients. just heat it and eat it before you give it freezer burn(crystalize after too long in the freezer)

fluids. yes water is purer than soda or caffeine so have adequate supply of fresh water. but dont over do it. your bladder and kidneys can only cope with soo much.
an average person urinates 1pint/halflitre per full bladder. so if your drinking far more then you are excreting you are going to retain fluids which stresses your heart and arteries.
yes too much fluids can cause high blood pressure

its better to have half a pint(a glass) per hour over 8 hours. than to consume 2litres in just the evening
alcoholism can damage the liver but consuming 2 pints an hour of any fluid can damage your heart/arteries over time whether its alcoholic or not.

in essence its about balance
a meat and 2 veg diet has all the basic needs.

going vegan has its drawbacks it requires you to supplement your meals with certain things. so if your going vegan purely because you heard its a great diet on instagram..think again
make sure you know what nutrients each veg contains and do some calculations to get the right proportions. yes it might limit your meal choices and become more laborious.
but dont just think tofu and 2 veg is enough due to some instagram influencers say so

As far as "natural foods" are concerned, I think you are referring to the foods that are farm grown and organic and not really processed like you see in the supermarkets. Right? That is one of the main complaints of the common folk when it comes to nutrition is that the organics like the fruits and the veggies are very expensive and one must go to great lengths to get those kinds of ideal foods. City folk do not have the luxury of getting stuff directly from farms and only the rich and the middle class can afford such important things. But still I am hoping for a time that green veggies and fruits would be very affordable and pesticide free stuff be available to the masses.

Living a healthy life is not easy at all, especially if you live in a big city that carries very polluted air, where healthy food is expensive and difficult to access, where the culture of eating unhealthy fast food is at a high level. Only those who live far from pollution, have access to clean air, water and land can create the conditions for a healthy life for themselves.

I try to lead a healthy life, grow my own fruits and vegetables, have access to clean water, do not smoke and avoid smoky areas, do not use any medications, use only natural cosmetics, move a lot - but again I think I am still far from a healthy life I really wanted.

I think that although the food we shove inside out body do make a difference, true health comes from how we burn that food and energy and also what's our mental state is at. If we are mentally happy, things in life are set and going well, and we are free from depression, we can still remain healthy even if we snatch some unhealthy foods from here and there Grin

I have only one habit that keeps me healthy is being active. Whatever I will do in a day doesn't really matter. when I wake up drinking a glass of water with lemon and go for a run. and is a great impact to maintain it.

No alcohol, no drugs and possibly no smoking. But that is actually impossible for almost anyone to do. The next question then is how much alcohol is acceptable for the human body to not get into trouble with it? it probably varies from person to person. Oh yeah and also try not to lose a lot with gambling  Cheesy

There are a lot of things one can do to live a healthy lifestyle just like the way the OP has contributed his own view on how to leave and maintain an healthy life. Like eating vegetables, fruits and other valuable source of balance diet in the right proportion can help, also engaging in exercises that helps to burn down calories in the body. Most people have abandoned this aspect maybe cause of pains involved but it's one of the vital aspects of maintaining a good health

I would suggest you to just control your diet, even then you could lose weight without even exercising.
