Rank is doesn't matter, eventually each websites have different criteria to list the rank. It can be from marketcap, price, volume etc. I wouldn't judge which sites is good or not, but if you invest only from the rank... you're wrong.
A little observation shows that top 500 to 1000 coins, although most are scams are fill with current and active tokens with values WHILE from 1000 and below are tokens that are no longer viable, scams and dead projects.
