Manchester United inconsistent performance continues;

Manchester United will end worse than last season in the table;
Erik Ten Hang will still be sacked, but when it's too late for Manchester United.

I'm not a Manchester United fan but I feel very bad for the club at this point. The reason why the club's management have refused to sack Erik ten Hag despite his consistent poor results with the club is yet to be revealed but I don't think there's any reason that should justify the club management's decision to retain him.
The support the Dutchman have been enjoying from the club management is another reason why he's refused to improve because to him, his job isn't in any risk wether he gets good results or not. Maybe the club management is very okay with how the club have been reduced to an average club.

Difficult to find a couch that would replace Ten Hang? I don't think it's that difficult but Manchester united board is not really interested in finding a replacement for Ten Hang at the moment. Several qualified couches are out there without job presently and I'm very sure some of them will be very much interested in the job.

I read somewhere yesterday that they are planning on bringing back Ole gunner and the last interview of Ole that I watched, he responded positively when asked whether he will be interested to take a job at united when call upon and the old man was very delighted from his response. Although, bringing back former couch is not ideal in my opinion after seeing what happened with Frank Lampard on his returning back to Chelsea after his first disappointment.

However, I do believe that Ole would make a better decision as compared to Ten Hang at the moment because Ten Hang seems to be confused and depressed. The pressure and criticism alone from the fans and media houses is enough to make him depressed and run out of ideas. Things are really getting worse for him but I hope the break will give him some relief and make a fresh start when the league resumes.

If so, in other words, management must be ready for the risks they take if they fire Ten Hag. the team will be better, or worse. changing coaches in the current situation must be decided carefully, otherwise the problem will be more complicated. changing a new coach means rebuilding the whole thing, the bond, chemistry and system. which means, it is not certain that United will be better even if they change coaches at this time. talking about Ole Gunner, I don't know if he has ever won a trophy while handling Manchester United. in fact, it would be more ideal to bring in another coach than him. IMO, let's just say I'm a supporter of The Red Devil, if I compare Ole, I would choose Thomas Tuchel over him. there are other reasons for me, at least Tuchel might be able to bring United back into the top 4 in the Premier League. btw, I'm not sure if MU management will look at Ole to handle The Red Devil again. well, let's just see what United management will do to Erik Ten Hag.

It is indeed difficult to find another qualified coach, especially when the season is already underway, of course it will be very risky for Manchester United management so they are reluctant to produce Erik Ten Hag. I am very disappointed with the management's decision to maintain Manchester United but there are no other steps that are good for the team, so it is likely that this season there will be no development for Manchester United and the possibility of Ten Hag being able to revive the Manchester United team which is currently slumping is very small because in the last few seasons Ten Hag has never been able to even though he has made many improvements.

Ten Hag is a coach who is very lacking in tactics to make Manchester United players develop better this season and that has been very evident at the beginning of this season. I think Manchester United fans do not need to expect anything bigger and also more this season at Manchester United, because just being able to survive in the Premier League for next season is already very grateful. This season everyone has clearly seen that the Manchester United team is indeed slumping and other teams are experiencing a very good revival like Chelsea, so clearly there is nothing to expect from Manchester United other than hoping to get a new coach this season.

Manchester United fans who are there may have realized that they do not expect much from this team because as long as this manager is in charge of their team, Manchester United will not improve much. United fans must be thanked because they are very patient. If the fans were not patient then they would not want to see this manager in the team even after the team performed so badly under a manager. However, it can be said that Manchester United is not performing very well at the moment, so if Manchester United fires the current manager and appoints another manager to the club, then the fate of Manchester United may change. The sooner Manchester United decide on a change of manager, the better it will be for their club.

United fans must be thanked because they are very patient. I have this friend of mine that is a Manchester United die hard fan and anytime they played and lose game, the phrase is use to greet him is "we are working on it and believe in it". That's the famous line of Erik Ten Hag, he has used that like severally in many of his interview any time they lose a match and I just had to laugh, sometimes when the match finish, I wait to see that part of the interview to hear the gibberish statement he has to say.

I don't blame the fans and I don't blame the player but Erik Ten, if he thinks the players are his problems, then he has every right to sell the once that are not in form and bring the ones he thinks is right to bring on board. So many mistakes Onana has done last season and this season but he believes Onana is the man for them, then he should expect all critisms when the player makes mistakes because he stand for them and vouch for them.

Not understanding Manchester United who still give more time for Erik ten Hag, even though the results are bad or maybe, Manchester United is still happy with the FA Cup trophy they got until they are willing to give Erik ten Hag a chance. Although indeed, appointing a new coach also does not guarantee to make Manchester United improve quickly but at least,  maintaining Erik ten Hag is also a very risky choice because Manchester United's position in the Premier League standings is not entirely good because it is in the lower zone, no longer at the top and not in the middle of the standings.

Thus, if for example in the next few weeks or at least until the first half of the season the results are still bad, then it is time for Manchester United to appoint a new coach for the second half of this season. But indeed, those who fully understand are of course those who are inside, but that does not mean they ignore the complaints of many Manchester United fans who have really wanted Erik ten Hag to be fired.

Look, how Chelsea always changes coaches every season, even though last season with Pochettino was not entirely bad, but Chelsea still fired him and appointed Enzo Maresca who managed to make Chelsea better this season.
