Quite a bad news for the Cityzens ahead of their fixture against Newcastle. But again given the players in squad I think they will find someone to replace those two players. They can have Torres perhaps in the lineup or maybe Foden. Both are a good talent and can produce good goals and chances for the side. Newcastle are also having some missing players with most of them missing out due to illness and are still recovering at home.

Poor City, they will have to let Aguero and Cancelo play. IMHO even better options than Walker and Jesus, a little bit unsure about Aguero, he had a big break and he is certainly missing game fitness but he has more than enough class to make it work.

These are the situations which could propel teams like City and Chelsea on table. They are the teams with longest bench in PL and should be able to overcome missing players with minimal fuss.

Leicester - Manchester Utd

Leicester play very badly against Manchester United. The last 5 matches - 4 lost. But Leicester has played well in recent matches. I think it will be an interesting game with a lot of goals.

This is a very tough match in terms of predicting the outcome, but I think that Manchester United is going to win. You're saying that Leicester played well, but they lost a match against Everton 9 days ago, and Manchester United has a good record with recent games (one draw, three wins this month).

I would say United could win this, I know it is a close game but United has been doing very well lately and on a momentum, I am sure they will do fine here as well. Leicester on the other hand started the league in a firey start and they are still one of the better teams but had some win-lose-win-lose type of situation, considering they have won the last game, I think a lose is on the way again. Also there is a chelsea-arsenal game which is as easy as it gets for a game.

Southampton has been decent this year as well, so I guess they can beat a team like fulham too, shouldn't be really that difficult neither. Add in the City and castle game and you got yourself a great multi actual, that should probably worth a lot for your money, it is a lot of games and not many of them have very low odds neither, which should increase it a lot as well.

This is bad news for Manchester City. They are not doing very well in the Premier League. I expected they will beat Everton and Chelsea to rise to the top of the points table with two wins. The team would have played better if it had a skilled striker like Jesus in the squad.

This is certainly not very pleasant news for fans. Losing these two players will certainly make Manchester City have to try harder to win the match against Newcastle United. In my opinion, Walker and Jesus are two core players who have made a big contribution to the team, so there must be a player Pep Guardiola can plan to replace them during the game.

But fortunately Newcastle United are not at their best after failing in the last few matches in the EPL and EFL Cup. Manchester City have to win this game and hope they reach the top 4 soon.

They have to somehow work it out in their absence. Aguero seems very unlikely given he isn't that much fit to start the game. Probably can start from the bench so yeah maybe Pep will have him in his plans for second half maybe.

Yeah both teams have so much players, so much depth in their squad. Both clubs are full of young talents and experienced players. They have at least one - or two players at each position so yeah they have quite some backup. Could be a problem sometime if backup is also not available. In Sept-Oct, City had no player in centre forward position as both Jesus and Aguero were injured. City were having trouble scoring then so yeah if run out of options then that could be a problem.

It's wonderful to see how rapidly the table changes for every few matches when there are less points difference. Once leader of the table Southampton and the team that came near to relegation line Man City both are side by side with 1 point difference. Similar is for Tottenham hutspur which is just a point ahead of Southampton. The table is getting back similar to what it was last year.

Leicester are going to play a home match against Manchester United tomorrow. I think the match will be really enjoyable watching. Leicester are the second and Manchester Utd are the third in the league. Manchester Utd have had a wonderful form lately. They got 6 wins and 1 draw in their last 7 matches in the league. I think this match will be hard for both teams and it could end in a draw.

Bad news to all the football fans around the world just when things were getting in place a little bit, we were expecting the number of match attendance to increase by new year so all of us get back to stadium to support our lovely clubs.

I feel for mancity and pep especially for the Kyle Walkers right-back position, Deph is out of the club so I can't see anyone replace Walker. As for the G.Jesus position Aguero is back to full training.

I agree that the news that Gabriel Jesus and Walker tested positive for corona shocked Manchester City fans,  because both of them
were key players from Manchester City. Moreover, Manchester City's appearance this season has been inconsistent with wasting many
points, if plus the loss of star players is feared it will make Manchester City even worse. And it could be that they lose more points in
the next game. Hopefully Pep can find suitable replacements for Gabriel Jesus and Walker.

Thats not really an issue considering that they will be playing against Newcastle. Also dont forget that Liverpool was pretty much in the same situation few weeks ago, with Salah not able to play due to covid19 and lots of injuries but Liverpool managed to pull through

Playing Newcastle does not mean it going to be a festival for the City has been poor in front of goal this season due to the absence of Aguero and G.Jesus to injury and just when everything was getting in place for the pep side G.jesus who returned from injury contacted Covid19 few days ago Kyle walker too for approximately 3-4 weeks depending on how fast they respond to treatment. Newcastle is always a tough knock for them

This crap is getting worse at the same time people started getting hope with the introduction of its vaccine.. Hope they recover fast and City will most likely miss them in the next EFL cup game vs ManU.

well, it really feels very odd to see them exposed to the corona virus so that is a big sign why it takes a very long time to recover, we can all see the physical condition of the soccer players who are athletes so they should be able to have strong endurance, for example Ronaldo, who recently contracted Covid, was able to recover quickly.

Not everything is so clear, because such highly trained athletes, which undoubtedly include Gabriel Jesus and Waker, are an easy target for infection due to weakened immunity due to such overtraining. Much depends on the extent to which the athlete has suffered COVID, in severe or mild form. It should be clear to everyone that a mild illness, respectively, should contribute to a faster recovery, and Vice versa, a severe form of the disease can even put an end to a sports career, given that COVID often affects the lungs.

Man City might have some issues because it seems like Jesus and Kyle Walker are ruled out of the game

Man City wouldn't have any issue as far as those two players contracting Covid-19 is concerned, their squad is depth thus there are good replacement for the duo definitely Sergio Aguero will effectively replaced Gabriel Jesus however sadly the team is going to miss the services of duo in the upcoming crucial away matches against Everton and Chelsea while under Isolation  meanwhile I don't think Newcastle will pose a threat to them in today's match
Both Riyad Mahrez and Raheem Sterling is equally in-form thus the host should a good game today.

Manchester United has always been a decent team who had no pre season and lost his best players to covid, suspension, trauma and injury; Leicester indeed score goals but more penalties and it remained to be seen if the Leicester team will attack Man Utd. I see a comprehensive 2-0 victory for Manchester united this afternoon.

Lampard and his Chelsea team has only one job this evening and this is to send Arsenal to the relegation struggles properly; But does the Chelsea players have the balls ? Arteta players will be desperate and aggressive (like everyone other relegation contenders play football), if Lampard takes advantage of this it will be an easy victory for Chelsea; otherwise it will be a boring stalement.

I just hope anything of such wont happened. Just played against Arsenal, their was several contacts with arsenal defensers and only God know how many persons these players have had contact with. If these should be the case, we might see anothe break in Premiership
