The stuff here is Chelsea is playing at how against Manchester united and I'm just thinking if there  would  be any much difference even if Ernesto Valverde joins hand with Michael Carrick to lead united against Chelsea at old Trafford. This wouldn't be  an task for united at all

There will be a few changes, but it's not entirely sure that Manchester United will win the game against Chelsea who have had quite a few good performances. Maybe if it could all be done by Manchester United though. Arsenal began to spend more money for transfers in very last seasons of Arsene Wenger. They began with Oezil, Lacazette and Aubameyang but so far they did not achieve too much things. They won title again but it is not much to be recognized. It is opposite to what they did with Wenger when they had solid position in top 4 but could not win any title for a decade.

Now they can win title (the latest one with Arteta) but struggle to get a position in top 4 of Premier League.

A new coach can bring short term effects that we are witnessing with Manchester United. However because of short term effects that won't last  for so long. Especially if Manchester United have to play against big clubs. Chelsea to be fair, have same or even quality as of Manchester United. They are at higher level and their players are very experienced so it will be a very tight match.

If Manchester United can reunite after the win against Villareal, they can take advantage of a current good psychology to beat Chelsea. It will help them to continue a honey moon with Carrick. Anyway I think Chelsea and Tuchel have better position in this match.

The main reasons for Arsenal's gaming problems can be various factors, but financial factors cannot be in any case.
