Arsenal Haven't lost to Newcastle at home in a long time now.they can boast of that prior to this game.
It's a sure win for them, they should do well to keep Maximan out of context attacking them.

I see that everyone is predicting victory in one voice for Arsenal, but then I have a question, why bookmakers give such an odds for Arsenal to win? 1.5 is not bad odds, I think it would be more logical to give at half smaller odds. Aresenal is in excellent shape, without defeat for a long time, only lost to Liverpool in the last round, but there is nothing surprising here.

It might be back to back loss for the home side....they seem favorites but we'll all be shocked for Newcastle to get their first win in a long run in the premier league.

Currently in the first 20 minutes they have a really big possesion and are holding the ball. Newcastle is just focused on defence and on counter attacks. Arsenal should win this game easily but Newcastle is trying to get at least a point in this match to try and save themselfs

Now possession of the ball is only 25%, but I have often come across the situation when teams in such a seemingly deplorable situation carry out only one successful counter attack and win. Even if Newcastle loses this game and a couple of the next, I still do not think that they will leave the Premier League moving to the lower division. There are fairly easy opponents in front of them, and the winter transfer window should correct the state of affairs with their attacking line, (In short, I firmly believe in it because I don't want a team with such a history to suffocate).

Arsenal playing cautiously against a Newcastle side that has "not" recorded a win in a long time and so far the first half has not produced any goals which suggests this is a low scoring match in spite of Arsenal having almost 80% of the ball and still failed to break the Newcastle defense. Am expecting this game to open up after the 65th minute when players get tired and desperate to get a result off the game otherwise a possible 1-0 is likely for either teams.

The first half ended with 0 0 score and a domination from arsenal team seems like odegaard playing was the right choice he created many goal chances but the strikers were not able to score but if they continue like tgis i guess they will score with newcastle conceiding in every game they played this season it wont be difficult for arsenal to win today.

I'm completely disappointed in Auba, he has been given way too many chances in front of goal only for him to throw it away always, ever since he signed a new contract with the club, he has been very disappointing finishing off passes to him. Kudos to our goalkeeper, Ramsdale for saving our ass with that world class save. Expecting goals in the second half, we have to win this.

The first half they drew, Newcastle were many in their stay relying on counter-attacks. In the second half, they could have scored. I think Arsenal can win 1-0. They looked more in control of the game, so I think they're just waiting for the time the goal happens. It looked like arteta had to push Bisaka and Smith Rowe to press more through the wings.

It's normal if in the first half they can't score a goal.  Arsenal have studied their opponent's defensive strategy, but after that we both see how Arsenal scored 2 goals very well.  Newcastel won't be able to last forever against Arsenal's attacks, especially with Arsenal's team working so solidly today.  Control of the ball to accurate passes between teams is enough to help their performance today.

If Wilson gets a yellow card he'll have to serve a suspension as his already got 4 yellow cards this season. We need to recognise quicker when certain players are not who they were.
