In another good match between Southampton vs Chelsea after 70 minutes home team leading by 2 - 1 with Tuchel done few changes and Pullsic is on ground for having some better effort for equalizer in another match Crystal Palace were doing good but 88th minute goal from Brentford steal their game and now at level with 1 - 1.

Chelsea lose this midweek due to difficulty scoring against Southampton. This is an unpleasant situation for Chelsea considering they do not appear consistent in every match. 2 wins, 2 losses, 1 draw is a disappointing result, so don't know if they can be relied on as title challengers this season.

Southampton had a better defense. I was expecting a strong comeback in the second half but the best part of the match was held by Southampton. Most of Chelsea attempts were stopped by Southampton defense. It was a deserve win for Southampton.  

I watched the match. Southampton's two goals were impressive. Chelsea's defenders could not put up any resistance. Chelsea was not prepared for conceding two goals. In the second half, Southampton focused on keeping their defense tight. As Chelsea could not attack much in the second half, Southampton easily won 2-1.
This match proved once again that the performance of the Chelsea team is very poor this season. Chelsea players were not able to attack much despite having the ball in their possession more. At the moment, Chelsea is in eighth place in the points table.

It is very appalling that Chelsea has lost 2 of their match in their 5 opening games. If Chelsea continues to play like this, they won't be able to get close to the 4th position of the premier league this season.
It's bad that Chelsea players no longer score as they suppose to or dominating their opponents on possession again.

It's always been preeminent from the transfer seasons that Chelsea was going to have a hard time this season after they were unable to make signings to fill the crucial positions in there team. The result of there failure in the transfer market is what we are witnessing now. It's a good thing they've got just few days to make any urgent and necessary conclusions on deals and improve there team because,the team looks so weak for an EPL competitive team. Even Leeds and Fulham played more better.

What a win by Fulham and they continue their amazing form this league in the premier league. Also Aleksandar Mitrovic continues to dominate on the field and if he didnt miss that penalty against Wolves he would have scored in every single match in the premier league. I think we can expect a lot more from him this season

Finally someone that talks about Fulham. If I need a word to describe Fulham, that would be stunning and they are stunning indeed. Most of the times, the newly promoted teams in EPL ended up having pretty much lame result but Fulham has been smashing the league so far. Aside from losing to Arsenal, they are totally much better than some teams in EPL

Chelsea are not doing well this season. Made a lot of purchases lately, but what is the end result? Played 5 games and only 7 points. Very unworthy of Chelsea. It could be that they now win 10 times in a row, but playing football so close to the transfer deadline is never fun I think. And they don't know yet what will happen to Ziyech.

I'm one of those who didn't expect an impressive start from this team. I understand that the club is still recovering from the shake up brought by the "expulsion" of the previous owner. 2-1-2 is actually not that bad given the situation they are in and I think we'll see better results after a few more games.

Today's match will be an eye opener to Tuchel and the new Chelsea owner. England football has changed. No team is guaranteed any position again.

As if they don't know this already....everybody who watches the premier league is aware of this fact and I'm pretty sure those players and managers knew this as well even before the season started.

It must be frustrating for this Chelsea new owner, the more he invest the more the team is sinking. Despite investing heavily in the defence line, that department still look like that of  millwall Fc......or is it that Tuchel tactics are becoming stale, maybe he needs to reinvent himself or elso he joins Scot Parker as Co-admin of " sacked manager's. This is all on Tuchel! Why keep kovacic? When got so lucky against leceister City but tonight they are like a team in disarray. No time to experiment in Premier league, u need play your best all time, like someone said, Tuchel is feeling so relaxed compared to Abramovich era, when every losses is like a wasted life line.

In this period of the season when you play every three days you have to rotate players, you can't say because he didn't play kovacic that's the reason they loss or because he didn't have kante in bench also, the defence is good you can't have azpilicueta, thiago Silva and koulibaily and still complain about bad defence, just that the saith were good in attack today and Adams didn't give the defence breathing space.what Chelsea really needs is a striker.

well, in these games today we had very surprising results, as is the case of chelsea who lost, honestly chelsea is not doing well this season, they need to sign good players, last season they were already sick to the point of being at risk of not being in the first 4 places, and even seeing that they weren't doing well last season, they didn't make big changes in the team this season, I don't understand what they're thinking

Fulham 2 - 1 Brighton

 

Fulham got a victory thanks to luck, this is a case to say that sometimes you need to be lucky to win the game, Brighton had no luck in this game, they had more ball power but Lewis Dunk was the hundred of the defeat , but Brighton is still in 4th position, something temporary because I doubt that until the end of the season they will remain in that position

Crystal Palace 1 - 1 Brentford

honestly, this was a very unpredictable game and I'm glad I didn't bet on this game, the two teams only have one win in 5 games, they're bad, so I'm starting to think that we will still see cristal palace fighting to not be relegated

Leeds 1 - 1 Everton

everton is not doing well, they still haven't managed to win at least 1 game and everything will only get worse because the next everton games are against liverpool and arsenal, they are in a situation where they will only lose points and be at the bottom of the table, maybe it is this time they will be relegated, i commented on it 3 months ago when i said everton need to make big changes or this time they will be relegated

With their current condition, it is clear that this is quite a difficult thing to do, especially since their current condition clearly makes them even more difficult for them.
This is another not-so-good result for Chelsea.
They can still compete for the top 4 but to fight for the title it's definitely a tough thing for them to do.

I admit that Southampton's defense played very well against Chelsea, making it difficult for Chelsea players to score goals. Especially in the second
half Southampton managed to frustrate Chelsea's players, several times Chelsea's attack failed. In addition, Chelsea's front line is very problematic,
Chelsea needs additional strikers who can help them score more goals. Chelsea do have to get some new players before the transfer window closes,
especially for the strikers they really need. If we look at Chelsea's performance so far in the Premier League, which is only able to get 7 points
in 5 games. It looks like Chelsea have to forget about this season winning the Premier League trophy, even if Chelsea managed to get into the top 4
it would have been very good for Chelsea.

I really surprised by this result of the mathc. I really believe that Chelsea can win from Southampton much more easily. But I forget about what Chelsea this season, so sad to know how this big club is started to fall and fall again. Chelsea, one of the top clubs that is commonly in the top standing, right now, this becomes in the middle ranges of standing withquite bad matche rsults. Many things should be fixed in this club, moroever tehir goal keeper and also needs more tallented striker.

That's the reason why they are still hunting for new players but until today they haven't got it
I wouldn't be surprised if Chelsea only competed in the Europa League zone.

Although it is still early season, I doubt Chelsea has a chance to win EPL title this season. The current Chelsea squad looks not strong enough, they already got 2 losses, and they are still hard to improve their performance until now. They suffered this situation after Roman Abramovich left Chelsea as the owner. Now, they have some difficulties signing new players with the new owner. This leads Tuchel and the whole players of Chelsea are not confident to face this season. Except, they can sign a new productive CF like Aubameyang, it may change the situation. But it seems not enough to compete for the title.

Although it is still early season, I doubt Chelsea has a chance to win EPL title this season. The current Chelsea squad looks not strong enough, they already got 2 losses,

Sure, Chelsea may not have any chance again to win EPL moreover if their performance is not increasing and just like the previous matches.
Their goal right now is to reach at least the top 4 to be qualified for the UCL. They may still have the chance although they must try and struggle very hard to do every match with a victory. But, this may not be easy for Chelsea. Moreover, Chelsea will meet West Ham in the next match, if their performance is still smae, they will be very difficult to win. They need some changes on the squad and also additional talented players on the front side and also back side.

The English league match has just entered its 5th week, while Chelsea have only lost 2 times, drew 1 and won 2 times, so I think Chelsea chances for the championship are still open even though many of us are pessimistic at the moment, Chelsea game today is quite bad and Even Chelsea defense in this match is quite weak, it seems that Koulibaly arrival has not been able to cover the hole left by Rudiger, the transfer market only has 2 days left and I think there is still an opportunity for Tuchel to bring in some new players to strengthen his team during the deadline.

Apart from the possession Chelsea had in this match, Southampton's chances and shot on target were far superior.
They made a quick counter-attack which was quite good and troublesome but Chelsea didn't seem too prepared for that.
Chelsea lost again and for sure Tuchel will be very dizzy with what they have to do now.

Another surprise from Chelsea. this is what i'm afraid of. when many people are betting for chelsea's win. and it turns out chelsea lost. However, this is not really a surprise. considering the performance of chelsea which is still inconsistent. Even their back line is still a bit chaotic. so the journey for chelsea to rise will be a little difficult. This season is really a season full of surprises. I don't know what surprises will happen. Let's see. But with this result. it became clear that chelsea is unlikely to be champions.

Well done, no point for chelsea. I do believe there are so many players need to be rotated. Chelsea's play was so broken when it was against another team away. It's  unlike the performance when chelsea was against leicester.
Im a bit surprised that to see the result from that match. It seems like chelsea will be going back at the bottom again. I meant if you are also aware about that this time chelsea's performance is decreasing a lot compared with the last season.
Playing with 10 players are far better rather than playing with whole of players in the club.

Chelsea did not try to add or replace new players and there was no definite development on the part of the players and coaches that finally made chelsea lose against some big clubs that have developed and have many new players because they are aware that there must be substitutions and there must be evaluation. against which players are still good and which should be replaced with better ones. If only some time ago Chelsea agreed with Erling Haaland then surely they still have hope of winning and not slumped like now.

Another surprise match result again in middle week of Primer League because Chelsea as favorite team got loss from Southampton, Chelsea had taken the lead in the 23rd minute through Raheem Sterling's goal, but carelessness at the back meant Chelsea conceded 2 goals and made Chelsea's 2nd defeat in 5 games this season. Have many trouble faced by Chelsea in this season after leaving by Lukaku and  Timo Warner, now they only depend with Raheem Sterling as attacking line without have new recruitment exactly with central forward. Need to find for Raheem Sterling tandem if Chelsea want to be competitive team get Primer League trophy in this season.
