Arsenal has certainly improved. At least a lot compared to the last season. Arsenal last the Champions League spot in the very last match of the last season. They did not have a stable and consistent performance throughout the whole season. But they have turned things around and now they are looking like a great game which has the potential of causing problems for the top teams in English premier League. I will be very interested to see how Arsenal performs in the European League. I think even if Arsenal is unable to win the English Premier League title they should be able to win the Europa League title without too many problems.

I think the main target of arsenal is to win the  EPL for this season. Arsenal has been on this plan in the early time of the transfer market to get good players that can make a strong squad for the season,  the squad Arsenal has are really trying the best since the season started and Arsenal has not lose any match.  Am not surprised about arsenal performance and if they win EPL because arsenal has spent much money to build the team to become the top team this season .

Much money ? Pep Guardiola spent double of what Arsenal has spent so far in his first season bit still couldn't achieve it. Yes the Emirates has been excellent they have a good chemistry and with Gabriel Jesus arrival, he has been a big for Arsenal.
Saliba and Gabriel are also perfect they have a good understanding that's how a defense should be well organized, I'd want to see how they thrive or excel when they meet against, Harry Kane, Erling Haaland and Cristiano Ronaldo if they can deal with them.
Have got my eyes on em, but big favorites for the EPL remains Tottenham Hotspur.

For me Arsenal's Team B has to put up good roles as Team A especially when the Europa League eventually begins. They will triumph over Steven Gerrard side tonight.

I don't think Chelsea will have a great season this year no matter what Tuchel brings new to the team and it's not his fault but Chelsea had a couple of years with great runs and completed by winning UCL so if you ask me , Chelsea might end up in what United was last year ...a top 6 team in EPL. Now , fans should not be so worried about team performance so far but if Tuchel somehow manages to refresh the mindset of some players , then , we might see Chelsea on a winning streak again or at least not losing points when victory was a must.

I just read the news about Scott Parker. Scott Parker turned out to be fired from Bournemouth. It looked like a 9-0 defeat to Liverpool angered Maxim Demin. According to the news he was fired after 3 days from the defeat. In addition, Parker's statement also added to the anger of the club's owners. Even according to the actual news they have spent quite a lot of money. Maxim Demin doesn't seem to be considering parker's services as well who have helped them get from Championsip to the EPL. Parker only worked 4 games in the EPL. Perhaps he was the first EPL manager to be sacked this season.

Not perhaps, Scott Parker is the first manager to be sacked in the Premier League this season, initially i was surprised with the decision from Bournemouth to fire parker after just four games in which they lost 3 and won one, mind you, the oppositions they have played against aren't the sort of teams you'd expect Bournemouth to win, they beat Aston Villa, and lost to City, Arsenal and Liverpool, i mean, those are 3 of the best teams in the league, so why then has he been sacked so early.

Thus i did a bit of research into it, and read what legit news sources had to say, and i think the problem stems from a disagreement between Parker and the Bournemouth hierarchy, so Parker wanted them to spend money to strengthen the team, whilsts the board felt they didn't have the finances to do that, this lead to open complaints from Parker on how the team wasn't strong, and thus led to them firing him. It is a bit of a hard one to take for Parker, especially after having secured promotion for them from the Championship, but i guess we could understand it from both parties, and this is prolly what's best for both of them.

But they still have problems within the team that are currently insurmountable. They are weakly defended and blunt when attacking. Yes it's true these are only a few games they've played but if they don't finish this quickly they will fall behind a team that looks better prepared than they are. They have had some problems and it was made worse by their movement in the transfer market which was very slow.

While waiting for Chelsea to compete for the top three this year, they said hello to the season in a bad way. 2 defeats in 5 weeks, one draw. The dynamics of the premier league this year are quite different and more exciting in my opinion. Chelsea will be in the top six again this year. but the actual match for the gunners has not yet started, they have not been tested against big clubs like man city, liverpool, chelsea. however, the acquisition of the current arsenal squad is very impressive.

Many things should be fixed in this club, moroever tehir goal keeper and also needs more tallented striker.

Tuchel just haven't settled the loophole in his team, it's actually not much of a defensive issue for Chelsea as a team lacks a definite striker one whose job in the team is just about fishing for goals. Looking at the begenning of the first half, Chelsea had good chances but their was no finisher to convert these chances to goals and if this is not tackled I don't see Chelsea doing well in the UCL this season neither.

I think Southampton deserve the win even with Chelsea experienced back four namely Tiago, Koulibaly, Azpilicueta and Cucurella could not stop the Saints from getting their maximum 3 points, recall they are unlucky when they play Man Utd in a match they deserve atleast a draw, meanwhile I think Chelsea needed a sharp Center forward to improve their attack, it's like Sterling had been the only point man who had been scoring their goals, today is the transfer dateline hopefully they may have some goods signings, I hope the purported transfer of Fofana from Leceister City succeed definitely will boost their squad.

Chelsea were not really prepared in their lost last night against Southampton or I should say they underrated the saith, if Tuchel would learn something is broja the Albania should start ahead of Harvart because the German international is not a striker, Chelsea need that striker presence against Southampton, another tuchel should stick with the three men at the back, the players are never comfortable anytime they switched, another I observed is that Southampton will have a great season this year, I underestimated them after their first game against Tottenham Hotspur but since then they have shown that they are good.

I think Southampton's performance was very poor and as far as I remember Southampton haven't even got a win, but in fact I was wrong and I can even assume Southampton and Chelsea's performances have been the same so far. I didn't do any research before starting betting yesterday, if I did some research it's very possible I wouldn't bet on Chelsea because of course there would be doubts created. Now they are the same point for the acquisition of 7 points in 5 matches, with a result like this then of course Chelsea need some pure players to put in the striker position and also to fill in the midfielder position. Since such a performance is very possible for Chelsea to be eliminated from the title race and even for the Champions League zone as well, worse such a performance will not make Chelsea last longer in the Champions League.

I think maybe you are a little bit behind on the information, because actually chelsea have bought koulibaly and also brought in cucurella in the transfer market this summer, and although it has not been introduced to the public yet, but currently chelsea have officially signed wesley fofana from leicester city, talk about chelsea defense was weak in yesterday match maybe because the new defenders haven't been able to adapt in well with Tuchel style of play, for defensive options I think Chelsea has enough stock at the moment, so it's natural for Tuchel to try to recruit players who are central strikers at this time because their attacking line is also very bad.

In a game against Southampton, you'd expect Chelsea to dominate the play and possession, which i think they did; but Southampton still had more shots on goal than Chelsea, which is poor imo, i would not categorize Chelsea's defense as being poor, Koulibaly and T. Silva is a strong defensive pairing, and soon they would have Fofana in the team, they also have strong full backs; i think Chelsea's problems are not from a particular position, it is more of a general thing, and i would look at the coach if that be the case, maybe he is prolly not setting up his players in the way he should, and prolly his tactics aren't working, but it is poor and unaccceptable for a team of Chelsea's standards to be losing 2 games out of 5, drawing 1 and winning only 2, if they continue like that, i'm afraid they might even struggle to finish in the top four.

Big clubs like Liverpool, Manchester United and Chelsea are struggling at the moment except for Manchester City and Arsenal. That's part of football. They will click with time.

My observation from the match between Chelsea and Southampton is that Chelsea is now playing a boring game. They have no pressure, no fighting spirit, very dull in every of their game. I regretted watching the game. Southampton didn't play well too but they defended well. Chelsea should be missing Timo and Kai's partnership.

Tuchel should change Chelsea's game tactics, pattern, formation and style of play. For me, it ain't working because the clubs have mastered their style of play. Playing five or six defenders is no longer working. They have a team captain but they lack a team leader like Rudiger who can ginger the players. My opinion.

Chelsea lacked intensity and energy, no fighting spirit, the players scored 1 goal and felt relaxed,
they started playing nonsense and the result was not satisfactory for the fans.
Mount and Havertz haven't played well all season but have always been the main choice upfront.
Tuchel has failed badly in his choice of players up front.
Pulisic, a winger who can’t dribble and get past the opponent, is not like that before. It makes me miss Willian.
Honestly, this team plays rubbish football.

The foxes although had and have been real poor since the start of the season also haven't been involved in any deals related to bringing a single player into the club, Wesley Fofana switch must have given them some funds that may booster them getting another player to replace the departure of the English Man.
Manchester United also will have a chance to make it three successfull wins after having two bad game's, Manchester United fans would be expectant after making big signature during the window, they've had a turn around in defense since the drop of Captain Maguire. They can be very tough and a pain in the arse also but Tottenham has a better chance of winning than west Ham. West Ham just got back to winning ways last week. For Tottenham, they have been consistent with wins having just a single draw against Chelsea. Harry Kane has baggwd some gaoks to boost he's side for the top four spot. He should be making some contract extension in few weeks.
But tonight's game, Tottenham and Antonio Conte wins same goes for Arsenal who has won four straight wins, this will sure make it five.
