Chelsea football club are currently out of form with basic reason of the Russian billionaire leaving the club he was known to be a spender in the football market but this time the club Chelsea could not afford the kind of player they wanted the likes of Kingsley Coman, Kounde, Kimpembe, Ronaldo, Raphinha and more these are players Chelsea wanted to sign money was not released by new buyers to get these players this is one big factor that has affected Chelsea greatly

They already brought quite a number of new players while releasing more so I don't think it's just an issue of money now. It's essentially a new team if you look at all those transfers and it's kinda expected that they will need more time to work things out.  Their form will be the same even if they bought those players you mentioned.

Yes of course, Chelsea need time to really work things out with the club management, the present condition of the club can attributed to lack of communication and team work from both the players and the coach and since the change of ownership of Celsea the club has not regained itself fully. I was also surprised to read that the coach has been sacked today and this will still hurt the club further.

I wish the club make better decisions in choosing the next coach that will have the ability to revive the club and possibly set them up for easy succession to the premier league.

I really believe this will happened and even changed the CEO a long time ago. Now, I still doubt they can resolve it in fulham because the official still giddy afraid they will be next. So, a draw is possible and realistic for this situation. probability of winning can they get if the squad really doesn't care about what happens in the office. but, if they have got a new coach between days, I thing a new spirit will they get to win.

I don't know if it was a wise decision to sack Thomas Tuchel just one month the season begins, I also think the transfer just close and some new players came to Chelsea to play under Thomas Tuchel such players will be disappointed with the news and that might curse set back to the new players adaptation,players like Aubameyan who has play under Tuchel at Dortmund will not be pleased, Chelsea are also lucky to sign more defensive players if not the new coach might inherit players that don't suit their style, defensive players will always play to new system.

I think Chelsea will have to adapt to a new coach after this. and it will have a big impact. both positive and negative impacts. depending on who the new coach will be brought in.

But I actually found dissatisfaction at Chelsea since Chelsea always failed to bring in good players. and always dare not overpay for high-quality players. At the moment it is difficult to see what the future will be like for them because there is still no replacement coach for Tuchel although it is indeed widely heard that Beighton's coach, Graham Potter, is most often heard of but there is still no further statement about this.
I think it will be a bit difficult now for Chelsea with the game getting closer but the new helm is not there for them yet and Todd has to work fast on this.

I am doubting if the decision to sack Thomas Tuchel was taken immediately. Maybe it has been in the plan of the owners of the team. They wanted to do a complete overhauling of the team. Chelsea has a history of coping after the sack of their coach. In fact, sometimes they perform better under interim coaches and they are used to the pressures their sacking action brings.

Although Tuchel is one of the best coaches in the world, but we still have good replacements for his job. Another club would now have a good manager while Chelsea would also get a new one. Yes Fulham is not an easy opponent, especially now that they are in a bad situation after losing the coach. I want to see if their decision to work with Tuchel is a good move or not.
I remember it was like Manchester United before they changed coaches a few times and it didn't have any effect, it just got worse.

No doubt the results weren't good, but to give him such backing during the window, getting Aubameyang which was a player Tuchel wanted and then sacking him a couple of days later seems very bizarre. Something must have happened behind the scenes. I mean Tuchel doesn’t deserve this sack. Even Liverpool, they're also not the brightest start to the new season but the owner is exercising patience with Klopp because the season is still early.  What profile of manager do they want to replace Tuchel with?

In this case Todd clearly makes a big role because this is tantamount to deciding what Tuchel wants to do for Chelsea.

I think sacking Tuchel was a blunder for Chelsea. Tuchel is one of the best coaches in the world, a series of bad results at the beginning of this season is indeed his responsibility, but with the arrival of a number of new players of course it will take time for him to find the right formula to take Chelsea in a better direction. I also highly doubt that a replacement for Tuchel will be able to improve and achieve the high expectations of Chelsea officials.  

What they (management) should know is that competition in the Premier League is very tight and it is likely that Chelsea will be very difficult to win the Premier League title this season and will most likely be knocked out of the top four in the final standings later.

It's a shame when thomas tuchel had to be sacked with a decision that I thought was rushed.

like it or not, I think whoever will train Chelsea must quickly restore Chelsea's performance. but that doesn't mean I don't agree with you, we agree, it looks like Chelsea will not quickly recover their performance even though they change to a new coach. as for some names that will replace thomas tuchel, personally i like zanedine zidan. when he was a player or after being coach of real madrid, but as you said the question now is, is zidan willing to be coach of chelsea.

Compared to Bournemouth and Nottingham Forest, Fulham is a promoted club whose performances are quite good. Especially when playing at home
like you said Fulham played quite well and were unbeaten, even Fulham can draw with Liverpool, then Fulham can beat Brighton and Brentford if they
play at home. So when Fulham this week face Chelsea, at least Chelsea must be careful, especially Chelsea experiencing internal problems with
the sacking of Tuchel. It is possible that Chelsea will face Fulham with an interim coach, and it is possible that it affects the morale of Chelsea's players.
