That is crazy that the manager wasn't even conversing with his team one on one for pretty much the whole season. If this is true then It is bad, I think as a coach it is ethical to talk to your team players from time to time, get to know them personally and professionally, I think almost every coach does that in modern football. You have to create that familiarity with the player so as to create a connection with them, no wonder he finds it difficult to connect and have an understanding level with the team players. The news of Thomas Tuchel's dismissal after a short term with the club was a shock to me. Tuchel has done very well with the club, we don't see many managers winning five trophies in two seasons these days, I think he deserves a little more time to get the club to top form but he was dismissed so quickly. Todd Boehly decision doesn't sit well with me.

I think this was a huge shock. Tuchel did a huge job in Chelsea and won some really imortant trophies. There was a crises with the owner and everything and now they sack him. I think it is really unfair if you start one season badly that you get fired

Agree, indeed, when compared to Liverpool's growth statistics since Mane's departure, it is very clear. Consciously or not, because of the fact that Moh Salah doesn't really have a ball supply position like when Mane was there. The arrival of Darwin Nunez did not match the initial expectations which could provide a big boost. Maybe based on my eyes it's not accurate, but that's what I've noticed so far from Liverpool performance. Missing a few pieces of the puzzle.

I think Liverpool's poor performance so far is not solely a factor in Mane's departure.  But overall their performance is starting to look down.  I see Liverpool's problem now is in the defense sector, in this position Virgil Van Dijk doesn't look as strong as last season, then Andy Robertson and Trent Alexander-Arnold also seem to have lost their passion, even though if you look at their performances a few seasons ago, they were quite successful in helping the defense at the same time.  build attacks through the flanks.

My thinking with LFC is that Liverpool keep a lot of bad players and let too many good players go, Losing Origi, Mane, Gini, Minamino but keeping players like Naby, Ox, Gomez is a big mistake!. I still think he will make decisions better after making decisions in real game. Training and real game decisions are very much different. I am however interested in how will Potter handle his new team. Its a new challenge for him and quite a difficult one as he has to manage a team in CL as well.

Yes I agree with you, Chelsea game has changed since the old owner was punished by local authorities they are restricted in buying players and financial activities
New problems arise when Chelsea have a new owner when the player Tuchel wanted was never brought in the situation gets even more difficult when the players are no longer in line with Tuchel until he finally got fired. Well right now depth is the problem for them but I don't think it is affecting them that much. If we talk about their defence line, its all their main man and still they are struggling. In fact, Liverpool have conceded first in 6 games out 8 matches which goes to show how much poor they are performing in defence line. To win a match it is important to hold the opponents also which Liverpool are failing to do so.

Probably because Chelsea had secured the deal with Potter to be the next manager. If only there wasnt anyone available and better than Tuchel then I doubt that he will be sacked. They probably think that Potter had the potential and he accepted the offer so yeah they sack him right on the spot after losing the game but its just brutal at some point

Tuchel is not a bad coach. He is a very experienced coach. But he is not able to stabilize the Chelsea team now. Chelsea's squad is not weak. However, they managed to win only 3 matches between matches. If Tuchel can strengthen Chelsea's defense then I think Chelsea's performance will stabilize. Chesley's defense has been poor this season. Chelsea management should give Tuchel some more time. He might be able to stabilize the team.

Even funny, I never even saw this coach. His achievements are also not many. The history of coaching is also quite minimal champion. Even for europe he doesn't seem to have enough experience. I had a gist with the man who came to paint my Father's house today, and it was all about how the game under Abramovic, the former Chelsea owner looked, compared to the current stats of the same club now. He had a kind of influence on the team and this made them outperform the opponents. The issue with the current team as obviously stated is the unsteady nature of their leadership. they are a very good side and with players who can deliver. Once they can conjure balance in the leadership the players and manager will get in form automatically. Now, former Brighton's team manager, which happens to be Chelsea's new manager, Graham Potter will have to show his worth by quickly adapting to the players and staff. I have no doubts in his ability because we have all come to know his former club, Brighton as a formidable team to look out for.
