In the Premier League it is quite difficult to finish in the top four if a team doesn't consistently win in every game they go through. Apart from that, the number of strong teams in the Premier League every season makes it very difficult for a team that is on the rise to find the right rhythm, especially with the many young players that Pochettino has to train very well this season. So in general, Pochettino must be able to work hard to change the Chelsea team's performance for the better this season so that they have the opportunity to get a top four place at the end of the season.

Chelsea seems not easily for finishing on top fourth standings position in this season because they are dominance by young players and Pochettino still need more time for adapting. Have advantage with Chelsea without participants in Champion League or Europe League and they have not busy schedule match get target to finish in Champion League spot standings. Current performance from last three matches in Premier League not really bad with winning one match , one draw and a loss, collected 4 points than 9 maximum points is not really bad start for Chelsea but their opponent is not top fourth standings team. How possibility when Chelsea face with top standings team will easily get three points or Chelsea have finish outside from top fourth standings place for this season.

But that's right, one weakness these almost top teams have is that they begin struggling towards the finish line like Arsenal did last season, or in games against opponents that are definitely weaker than them. But this counts for Arsenal the same way it counts for Manchester United. They got a lesson from Sevilla when I thought that they should at least be equal to Sevilla, if not better than them. Or the game against Liverpool when they lost 7-0 against Liverpool, which had problems itself.

This game is exciting because both can get some recovery from it unless they tie the game.

I definitely do not think that the game is going to end in a tie. I think this game will definitely have goals scored. And once the deadlock is broken, it opens up a lot of opportunities for both teams in my opinion. When a team is going to get a lead they are probably going to try to defend for a little while. And that is when the other team is going to push hard to score. That will open up both the teams' defense. Of course, nothing can be said with 100% certainty. But I do predict that Arsenal is going to be the winner against Manchester United.

I think I agree, but a lot will depend on who scores first because if it is Manchester United, we will almost certainly see some defensive game from them and Arsenal to push them like crazy. But on the contrary when Arsenal scores first I doubt that we will see them slow down afterwards and coming back would be a lot harder for Manchester United than it would be for Arsenal, unless their 2-2 against Fulham wasn't just an accident, but the beginning of a downward trend. Although I don't think that they'll run into long term problems yet.

The team that really caught me by surprise was West Ham United. Beating Brighton after they got started into the season with 6 points and 8:2 goals, what were the chances that West Ham United beats them 3-1 away? I would have never placed a bet like that.

After a thrilling week, Liverpool will be Aston Villa this week. What they achieved against Newcastle should be more motivation for them in this match. Aston Villa is not an easy opponent for them to beat. They can win 2 wins and one defeat, and the defeat they achieved against Newcastle and they lost with a landslide score.
If we talk about logic, then Liverpool should be able to beat ASton Villa too because they can beat Newcastle. But football does not always prioritize logic, here there are things that we might not have expected before.

Van dijk will be absent from that match which makes them more vulnerable, he is one the best defenders that other club fear the most and will not be playing in this match. However, even if they have been having good winning streak, they lost to Newcastle that Liverpool beat in there last match, this could also be an advantage to boost confidence for Liverpool to trash them in the match, this is an easy win to get 3 points if Liverpool use it very well.

This is quite risky for Liverpool's defense and we know that the absence of Virgil van Dijk will leave a hole that is very vulnerable to conceding. We know that Aston Villa has gone crazy this season, having scored 8 goals in the previous 3 matches, the duo Moussa Diaby and Matty Cash have to watch out for Liverpool players in this week's match. But this is Anfield and it is very famous for its awesomeness and it is very unlikely that the visiting team can steal points at home to Liverpool. If you look at the actual statistics, Liverpool are still the favorites to win and the last time their meeting only ended in a draw. I think this time Liverpool will still win, even with a very thin score, considering that Aston Villa is not a team that can be beaten easily.

After watching some matches of Manchester City team this season, what I realized is that the team is performing less than last season. I don't see the kind of aggressiveness and discipline the team used to play last season.

Well they're currently sitted at the top of the table with 9 points and two points above Westham who are second, and their perform didn't really decline very bad, because they've been very dominant in their previous matches what they lack is their goalscoring ability last season where they're able to score multiple goals in a match,  i believe that's because of the absence of their key player Kelvin Debruyne who was sidelined due to injury and because of that there's no much connection from the midfield to Halland making it  quite tough for him to score much goals.
 But i think he's beginning to adapt without Halland and moreover city just added new players to their squad one in the midfield area and another in the wing position, there next match doesn't really seem very tough and i expect city to win comfortable at home against Fulham.

At this moment, it seems like many people are looking down on Haaland because he can't score many goals, even though in reality at this moment Haaland is still on the list of top scorers in the Premier League with 3 goals. So I think even without Bruyne of course Haaland can still play well and also Haaland is still capable of scoring goals. But indeed, it would be different if Bruyne could still be played, then it would make it easier for Haaland to score lots of goals. But even so, I personally don't mind it too much because after all, the proof is that Haaland can still make a good contribution to the team so far this moment.

Today is the final day of the transfer window and one club i expect to be very busy today is Manchester united, i expect them to try getting atleast 2 or 3 players today even if it's a loan deal because i don't know how they'll cope in the premier league this season with lack of much signings to help strengthen the weak areas of the club, they currently need a replacement for left back position, a defensive midfielder to support Casimiro and either a striker or central back, but since Rasmus Højlund would be returning soon i think they should loan a Cb to replace Varane since Maguire is not compitent and they'll need someone to support Martinez and lindelof.
 If you noticed Manchester united are the only big team that didn't take the transfer window seriously and i wonder how Erik Ten Hag is going to cope with just 3 signings against other top EPL clubs that's strengthened several areas of their squad depth, their team looks weak and it's going to be a big problem for ten Hag this season if nothing is done before the end of the window today.

Difficulty with bringing in players is due to the UEFA rules which means they will have to sell before allowing these players in. Due to Injury they will need Sergio Regulon from Tottenham or Cucurella from Chelsea but that name will be difficult to attract to United. For defensive midfield they have lined up Amrabat on loan to join Man United. They don't need a striker now they have enough for a defender they already have Jonny Evans signing a one year contract with the club. There is nothing to be surprised the club are struggling and the heads are not doing anything to help the manager get this players he wants. They can not get alll these players.

Liverpool were able to play and win Newcastle with ten men, but they cannot do it all the time against all the teams.

Even though Liverpool showed their dominance as a strong team and always displayed very sharp and solid counter attacks. However, this does not mean that Aston Villa can easily be beaten because Aston Villa in the last two matches has also shown a solid performance. Aston Villa has unity and their defense line is also strong and together with a dangerous striker like Ollie Watkins Aston Villa is able to provide a real threat to Liverpool.

Liverpool's performance is very dependent on the ability of Jurgen Klopp as his coach. Liverpool would be very different if Klopp were not their coach, so they really hope that Klopp will be able to motivate his players well in every Liverpool match this season.

Aston Villa should not be underestimated even though Liverpool is actually far superior at home. Klopp doesn't expect Liverpool to have the same problems as last season again, so he will try his best to get the best performance and results from every match. This week Liverpool are playing at home, so they can count on them to win.

For me, I think all the clubs performance really dropped this season, it's not just about the three clubs you mentioned, every single club participating in the EPL this season that also participated last season has dropped in their performance, but what I am personally assuming is that the unseriousness might just be due to the fact that we are still very early into this EPL, maybe as we progress into the tournament, that is in the middle towards the ending of this season, clubs still participating will become more aggressive and serious, as by then, they will be needing a win in every match to continue to stay or get disqualified.
This is my personal assumption on this matter.

Season have just started and most teams have not hit their ground running in the EPL,they are still struggling to get match fitness,and we can start talking about a team's form after like 8 premier league games.Manchester city have even tried because they lost some of their players,while some are out due to injury,but they have still managed to get three wins in three games.They will be facing Fulham this weekend,and that match will be a very tough game after Fulham drew Arsenal 2:2 in what was known as a battling encounter.The only team that have what it takes to win the next three to four games coming is Totthenham because they are in a great form,and aren't ready to lose or draw any game again.They are the only team I can bet on at the moment.

Manchester City may not be playing as aggressively as they did last season when the season was gradually winding up. Also considering the season is still very young and they’re not under much pressure. Now, if the season was coming to an end, were ahead by a point to the second place team in the league table, they surely would be under a lot of pressure and that could instill discipline into the squad and cause them to perform better.

The season is still in its early stages and they’re currently at the top and leading in the league. Without the aggressiveness and discipline, they’re still at the top.

I would like to conclude based on my own observation that new players recently joined these three clubs you mentioned, although not in same proportion, but we are talking about some major positions that suffered setback last season.
While a player like Declan Rice is yet to make meaningful noticable impact for Arsenal, an old player like Gabriel Jesus who just returned from injury is met with a team that is under pressure to do better than last season.

I just think these three teams are still finding their footing and composure in the new seasons campaign and although the smaller clubs are doing well in giving them a tough time, with every passing match, the men will be separated from the boys with points.

The thing is that, Haaland is a very fantastic player and has prove himself at Molde,  RB Salzburg and Dortmund which promoted Guardiola to sign him due to the brilliant goal scoring ability, last season he was the highest goal scorer in both the EPL and Champions League, scoring about 36 goals and 12 respectively but if you noticed this season he's many chances of even getting more goals against Sevilla and Newcastle he missed alot of opportunities that would had made him had more goals than he has now.
 I believe if Kelvin Debruyne was presently in the team it would had been easier for him to get clear chances and convert them into goals due to the good relationship between them, on and off the pitch and i believe he would have had more than the three goals he has in three matches.

Well, I don't know how prepared Fullham is to face Manchester city, but I personally  would assume that game to be an easy win for Manchester City, the fact that Fullham draw Arsenal by 2:2 in their previous encounter does not necessarily mean they will also do the same with Manchester City, you and I and I believe everyone else here knows that Manchester City has been up and doing way better than Arsenal in this season regardless of the fact that they lost a few players and some of their players are also out due to injury, so I am personally expecting Manchester City to beat Fullham by two goals to nothing or three goals to one.

And about Tottenham, I will not comment on them since I've not had any opportunity to watch any of their games this season, but I hope I find time to watch their coming game against Burnley next tomorrow being the 2nd of September.

They have won three of the three matches comfortably. Coach Guardiola is very experienced. This is why Manchester City's performance remains stable. Haaland Haaland is not performing well this season. Haaland was in excellent form last season. However, we are not seeing a better performance from Haaland this season. De Bruyne is also injured. Silva also missed several matches due to injury. I think Manchester City's performance will be stronger if De Bruyne returns to the squad. Haaland's chemistry with De Bruyne is also excellent. So it is expected that if De Bruyne returns to the squad, Haaland's performance will improve even more.

For Newcastle I think it needs to be considered even though they lost the last 2 matches it doesn't mean their performance has decreased as we know the club that beat them is a strong club so I consider the defeat reasonable not because of bad performance. Each club only plays 3 matches in the Premier League and still has 35 matches remaining so there's no need to rush to conclusions, at least we have to wait until the middle of the season. Somehow I still believe Newcastle can secure their place in the top 4 a solid squad is one of the reasons.

I agree that Newcastle will do a lot better when the season progresses and I think it should be important that we are going to end up with a result that will be a little different. I think it should be important to notice that they are just having early day troubles and when the manager finds a way to get rid of that, they are going to be better.

I still do not expect them to be like winners or something, the best possible outcome for them would be repeat of last year, where they finish in top four if they are lucky, but anything inside of top 7 would be more than enough for them and should be considered as a good thing. I agree that it is a tough business but that is what they should be aiming at with the roster they have.

I remember that one thought I had when Newcastle was playing so well last season that they had this advantage that nobody expected them to play that well and therefore underestimated them. But these times are now over for them. Nowhere where they will play will they be underestimated. I think that can be a great advantage, like Leicester City once had when it was expected that they will stop winning at some point, but they kept winning their games back then and won the title. So Newcastle needs to accept the fact that there is no underestimation anymore.

Seeing from the current conditions, it is actually not only Arsenal who are eyeing it because surely Manchester United will also do the same thing because Manchester United also need 3 points in this match.
I think this will be a pretty interesting match because both clubs will definitely aim for 3 points as a form of their seriousness in passing the start of the season.

looking at the performance of these two teams it is a little difficult to predict because in the last match they still had the same good performance and if we talk about ambitions Arsenal and Man United both have very big ambitions to be able to get additional points to catch up on points from Manchester City. indeed in terms of performance these two teams are a little far from Man City but if one of these teams has high consistency and always tries to defend their points I think they can catch up to Man City points.
Its just that it will be very difficult to catch up with the current EPL rulers because as we know, Man City still has mainstay players and several experienced players in the line up.

Regarding betting on this match I will not side with anyone but just want to try my luck in the -1 handicap at Arsenal with odds @2.32

Now it will be a little complicated because even though they can still be said to be quite good but there are still some shortcomings that these two clubs have to improve such as for Manchester United about the quality of their attacks which are sometimes not very good and only waste opportunities or for Arsenal whose performance is still up and down and their rhythm is not too erratic.
Chasing Manchester City is definitely one of the things that must be done because looking at the conditions since the rolling epl it seems that Manchester City still hasn't found obstacles even though some of its players cannot compete.

btw that's also a pretty good odds but seeing from the current conditions actually a draw is also possible to happen.

If you look at the performance of the two teams in the previous matches and also because this match was played at the Emirates Stadium, Arsenal's home ground, so I think it's quite natural that Arsenal are favored by the betting exchange.
But I plan to do something different, I think the odds @ 4.10 for Manchester United's victory are quite worth trying with a level of risk that is quite worth it with the possible benefits that will be obtained.
This is a match between two top teams, everything is possible.

Looking at the actual conditions I don't think it's just about playing home.
Indeed it will also be one of the benchmark odds because seeing from Arsenal who will play at the Emirates of course this will get good support from their fans but on the other hand there are other things because seeing the current statistics Manchester United always loses momentum and their defence is still inconsistent especially Varane and Shaw as one of the defenders who are good enough for them will not be in the match which makes this a good gap and can be exploited by Arsenal.

Being in United with big odds is still something that is quite good but the risk if you see their consistency in defence is a little difficult for me to make a bet.
