When I see Manchester City current statistics I begin to wonder if club managers have improved to a point where they now understand Pep,'s strategy. I mean City used to be one club where there second 11 can still win a game comfortably. I just feel there is a slack I tactics. Everton wasn't meant to see a single goal not to even mention a draw.

This is just one of those horrible seasons in soccer game. A change of tactics is all City needs at the moment which will require lots of experimenting again until they find a perfect tactics they can deploy to return back to their dominance and winning streak.

Fulham deserves the victory because they didn't give up. Instead, they continue struggling to see how they can equalize the game. The last to matches that Chelsea has played have all been below their usual standard this season and the results reflected that too. But we need to give credit to this two opponents too, Everton have played the traditional top 6 teams and have managed to take points off most of them. As for Fulham I think they have been above average this season not for the wins but their overall performances, they dominate games this days even against strong oppositions, something I wasn’t expecting after they lost they midfield engine Paulinha. Marco Silva and his boys truly deserved the win yesterday.

As for Chelsea they weren’t going to win all matches but the shouldn’t been dropping many points too. This last two matches they have dropped five already now it is testing time for them, I think the way the Maresca boys will respond next will give an insight of how strong in mentality they are, maybe they can be quantified as contenders

Fulham is a good team, a solid mid-table team, but Chelsea were obliged to beat them at home. Maybe the quick goal that Chelsea scored at the very beginning of this match played a role, they decided that the victory was in their pocket, and when they conceded at the end of the match, there was simply no time to fix anything. Manchester City had a chance to win yesterday's match, but Erling Haaland's penalty miss resulted in a 1-1 draw. I didn't like Erling Haaland's game at all, his style of play was not good. Erling Haaland could not perform that well as a striker. Man City could have improved the points table if they had won yesterday, maybe they could have reached the number five position. Yes, Everton was not very strong as an opponent, but Man City players are weak. However, Everton players were not aggressive yesterday, the style of play of Everton players seemed like they played with the aim of drawing the match. Manchester City tried hard in the second half, but could not score any goals.

Manchester City still hasn't come out of their slump and even when they are faced with a chance to win 3 points, but they actually got bad luck again with a penalty failure which is actually very decisive, so far Haaland has been a mainstay of the Manchester City squad and even he has often been the hero of their victories so far, but I think the penalty failure in the match against Everton will make him the target of criticism from the fans, btw with their current condition deteriorating in the Premier League standing, I think Manchester City chances of even ending the season in the UCL zone next season will be very difficult this season.

This season is really full of surprises. Nobody thought that Man City, who usually become Premier League champions, would now have to struggle to even get a win. Chelsea, which was in a slump last season, now they has a promising performance and become one of the champion candidates this season. Nottingham Forest, who finished 17th last season, has surprisingly become one of the top 4 teams. While Liverpool looks like they will be the champions this season.

For the Premier League, I personally am very sure that Liverpool will succeed in getting the trophy this season. Of course it will be a great success for Arne Slot in his first season, with the achievement of the Premier League trophy which is certainly proof that Liverpool is really above average team this season. But even though Liverpool is still very good in the Champions League,  I personally am still not completely sure that Liverpool  can guarantee the achievement of the Champions League trophy this season.

This is one of the reasons we see the English Premier League as one of the most interesting league in the world, any team is a big team even though they are not sitting in a good position in the league table but they are as good as defeating the elite clubs that's exactly what we saw in the game between Chelsea and Fulham were Fulham defeated Chelsea from away 1:2 I their last encounter. Liverpool is the only team that is still trying to keep their boat floating as they remained the best team this season unlike Manchester City that has dropped from totally as they continue to struggle to pick points after so many games, Arsenal remain inconsistent in their performance and Manchester United is getting worse as they have recorded only one win in their last 4 games, Tottenham is also not having a good season as they continue to struggle to get back to form, I think the whole thing is about how the league has become difficult and Liverpool happens to be the team that is getting better this season, they are the favourite so far to win the league.

Not to lose points in the future, they will lose this season's top spot. Chelsea's performance last night was beyond average. They played without coordination, not as teamwork they have been playing for so long as. Maresca misses the right tactics Chelsea would have used to win against Fulham.

In the 18th week of the Premier League yesterday, many surprises occurred, Man City, Aston Villa, Chelsea and Man Utd were defeated by teams below them, maybe there were other factors that caused their defeat yesterday. Only Liverpool remained consistent with their victory.
Maybe Maresca is right, his team is not aiming for the title this season, there are still many things that the coach needs to fix, such as being able to remain consistent, because currently even though Chelsea has improved rapidly, their consistency is still not 100% ready to fight for the trophy. Next season I think they are ready for that.

Today Arsenal will play as hosts against Ipswich Town, will Arteta's troops suffer the same fate as the other 4 big teams? Let's see.

Usually we have Boxing Day games as bloodbath and same happen in this season with Manchester City which was doing good ended on draw, but we have stunning defeat for the Chelsea at home and then we more matches which not ended on good note due to their poor run specially Manchester United is currently on lowest level due to wired reasons but Aston Villa and Tottenham are also facing tough time which bringing them down and out of top competition.

Newcastle United in last three games with 11 goals and three clean sheets amazing from them which bring good chance for them to have European competitions chance through Bournemouth and Fulham are also teams which are watchful in last few rounds as they giant killers with struggling Everton which is also looking for spot in middle of Premier League table.

That’s so true, my friend. The Premier League this year has been boring and unpredictable for many reasons. I can point to several factors affecting European football right now, but we can’t discuss all of them here.

First, the tempting offers from Saudi Arabia to the skilled and talented players which leaves them with very little reason to refuse such deals. For example, Mohamed Salah received a significant offer from several Saudi Arabian clubs but he alone decided to stay at Liverpool for more, who were also determined not to let him leave. Had he left it would have caused a very scary mess within the club.

Second, the top teams from last season are underperforming this year. Manchester City, Chelsea, and Arsenal, among others who have struggled against smaller teams and are delivering poor performances in most matches, each for various reasons.

As the new year begins, players will get some rest, and coaches will have the chance to evaluate whether to stick with or adjust their plans and strategies.

It seems like this time I need a little advice from some people here. Some of my initial predictions from my parlay bets all won and just waiting for Arsenal's performance in the next match.

Good pick overall but I am sceptical about that of Arsenal vs Ipswich Town ( over 2.5) having consider the fact that Bukayo Saka is out injured, he had been very influencial in most Arsenal wins with high goal margin courtesy of his assist and goals this season, however that does not mean Arsenal would not win but I am afraid can they score more up to 3 goals? Though in their last match against Crystal Palace Arsenal was able to score some goals after Bukayo Saka was substituted I hope the Arsenal replicate that same feat tomorrow with Ipwich Town a lowly rated team though might want to prove difficult while fighting off relegation.

I understand from your perspective that the absence of Saka could destabilize the Arsenal squad because he has been phenomenal with assists and goals this season. But I based my own advice and recommendations from the current form of Gabriel Jesus. In the last two Arsenal matches, I think G.Jesus scored 5 goals. That is impressive and with that form, he can be able to deliver atleast a goal or 2 for Arsenal. I don't know how aggressive Ipswich Town can be shaa...

Honestly, I am more convinced by @uchegod-21's opinion. Although Bukayo Saka is injured, there are still other players who have the same quality and are able to be relied on such as Declan Rice, Gabriel Jesus and Martinelli.
But here I just want to say that I am sure Ipswich can score 1 goal against Arsenal. I have this thought because in every EPL match there is a little surprise and the surprise that Arsenal will face is only conceding 1 goal.
I hope my prediction is correct and can enjoy slightly bigger odds.
