Isn't it their consistency that has brought them this far, you also need to look at the teams closest to them, Chelsea and City, they are very inconsistent and Nottingham Forest is a more stable team than the both of them this season. Between City, Chelsea and Forest, if i am to predict who picks up more points from now up until the end of the season, i would say it is Forest, so right now i don't see how Forest would fail to finish in the top four.

Nothim Forest will more likely remain at the top four and then qualify for Champions League, but I hope they do better than Girona from La liga, after surprisingly making it to the top four. Nottingham Forest is really performing so well this season and i like the energy of their attacking players, and since they are still in the third position till now that it's only few games left for the season to end, they are already in the Champions League next season because even if they start underperforming it won't lead them to fall below the 4th position so i congratulate them in advance for making it to the Champions League next season where they will experience football in another dimension since they will get to face teams from different leagues.
