I guess you were right because since these players left and PSG finally found Luis Enrique it seems they finally found the missing piece of the puzzle and now all things seem to be working in their favor. Individual names doesn’t always guarantee success, this is the same problem Real Madrid are facing now. Who would have believed PSG will be performing this good without the trio.

In the last few seasons we have seen PSG spending a lot of money to build a squad. Despite having a very strong squad, their performance was weak and erratic. The best players in the world like Messi, Mbappe and Neymar were in PSG's squad. But even then we do not see a good performance from the team. But now PSG's squad is not very strong. Even then the team is playing great.

Luis Enrique is a very experienced coach. If he had come to PSG 3/4 years ago, maybe PSG would have been able to win the Champions League title earlier. Even then, Luis Enrique has transformed a mediocre squad into a strong one. PSG is ahead in the race to qualify for the Champions League final. Hopefully we will see PSG in the Champions League final.

This is indeed sad, Liverpool as champions should have been able to get through the remaining matches with a win so that the trophy they got would be something honorable. But the reality is like this they lost to Chelsea even though just last week they celebrated their victory as EPL league winners. Sometimes I think every team that has locked the trophy is indeed difficult to predict, especially if we bet on a team like this, of course it is very risky because they will definitely lose and luckily I didn't bet on this match.

Because I realize Liverpool's position is no longer enthusiastic about pursuing victory, maybe if they were still pursuing the title, Chelsea could have lost to Liverpool, but now the problem is that Liverpool has become champions. It’s obvious that Arne Slot was just interested in treating the game like a pre season game it seems so to be, but I’m very disappointed at his starting line up, He should’ve played for respect as a premier league champion, He wasn’t supposed to rest players, considering that he isn’t in the champions league anymore, he started a very weak midfield of Endo, Elliott, and Quansah this players are just making there first start of the season, and Quansah was just as disappointing as the first game he played against Ipswich which he was removed after the second half, he was making a lot of mistakes and that is why he lost the game. I don’t appreciate him for playing a weak team. That doesn’t make any sense to me.

Do you feel that Liverpool lost the match because they did not put much in effort to win the game because they’ve won the premier league title? I don’t think that is the case in this game against Chelsea today. They may not feel the need to put much efforts in this game but I don’t really think that’s the case here. Even if Liverpool had not won the premier league title yet, Chelsea are also in a position to fight for the champions league title which in all sense we expect them to put in the best efforts they can in this game. This was an important win for Chelsea and they played to their best in order to reach this victory, so I’m very proud of them as they defeated Liverpool.

I knew it was going to be very difficult for Liverpool to win today, they are already champions and Chelsea desperately needed 3 points to stay in a favorable position to finish in the top five. Arsenal are already looking over their shoulders, City are only 3 points away, so if PSG beats them in the CL, i still think it would be difficult for Liverpool to win against Arsenal next week, but we'll see how things unfold. Shame to Manchester United. This is the second time Brentford is winning them this season. I noticed they seem to have more playing power during the end of the match. I wonder what happens to them at the beginning of every match but when it gets close to stoppage time you see them in a hurry to score goals, sometimes it works for them but most times it becomes too late for them to equalize or win. TBH, the only interesting game i have watched this season from Manchester United was the match against Bibao. I can't wait to see them lose against Tottenham. Only that the same sickness affecting them is also affecting Tottenham this season. Failure all around them.

Normally Brentford is a very stubborn team not only against Manchester United but against almost every big teams. Although against Manchester United they seem more stubborn and also with the belief that they can win against United and they always do. Definitely a shame to Manchester United but they don't have anything at stake at the moment, they are not fighting for any spot or fighting to escape relegation so losing in this game doesn't change anything but only bring down their reputation.
They came to life in the second half but the harm has already been done, they have already conceded a few goals so it was difficult to make a comeback.

If they both make it to the final their game against each other will be interesting to watch the best terrible team. Lol.

I know the coach didn't play the regular starters but if you still compare the two teams you will notice that Chelsea played better in the game, I saw a bit of fighting spirit in their game and it looks like they really want to qualify for the Champions league next season. Almost all Chelsea players played well even the substitutes only Jackson didn't play well if not he would have also scored a goal.
It might look like Liverpool didn't put much effort but I think Chelsea were just better than them.

Manchester City no longer want to keep Kevin in their club in order to reduce salary cap of the club, and to create space for new and young players joining and growing up. They don't want to build up their squad around an old player like Kevin but if they don't have too bad performances in this season and their finance was not afffected too much, they might use Kevin as a substitution and he surely will make good contributions for the club.

Unfortunately the big decision was made weeks ago, and Kevin will play his last matches for Manchester City before his departure. He will be missed by Manchester City fans after all amazing goals, assists and moments he has shown in about one decade.

It is a bit disappointing when I discovered via a news outlet some weeks ago that it was Manchester City that didn’t offer Kevin De Bruyne a new contract and that KDB was ready to commit to the an extension if City proposed a new contract but it never came. The big decision have been made and we will have to watch Manchester City play without KDB.

Liverpool did not need the match; it was Chelsea for whom the match was so important. They tried their best to win the match. In fact, even though Liverpool have not won the Premier League title, it is possible for Chelsea to beat Liverpool or for the match to end in a draw.Chelsea have not made it easy for Liverpool for a long time now, especially when the match is held at Chelsea's home ground. So, I was not that surprised when Chelsea defeated Liverpool.

Aston Villa defeated Fulham at home with Tielemans's goal in the 12th minute to increase their points to 60.They are still in the race and they don't want to break away.We are entering the last 3 weeks and the wider the point difference, the more difficult it will be for them.That's why they must not lose points especially in their home games.
We already know that 2 teams have already been relegated and we also know that 2 teams failed to win in their last games.Today one of them, Leicester City, managed to put an end to that and defeated their opponent with goals in the first half.Vardy and Ayew scored the goals.

Aston Villa have 60 points in the league table and just 4 points away from 3rd place, there is good chance for them in the race for top four finish. Newcastle, Chelsea and Nottingham Forest are still a bit shaky in the performance level. They only have to keep winning their last games and see how things unfold.

But things like this are quite common, not just this one time, as seen by Liverpool. But in other leagues we often see teams that have already secured the title starting to get lots of bad results in the remaining matches of the season. All of this is because sometimes teams that have secured the championship title no longer have high motivation to win the match. And apart from that, coaches often give time to reserve players to be able to appear in more playing time. Meanwhile, the main players will be given more rest time. Chelsea took this game personal and it was indeed a game to see that way and I don't blame them at all, after all if they play bad it will affect their chances of playing champions league football because if they lose it will keep them at a very tight corner and you'll know what that means, no CL games and the management will be blamed for not making use of this opportunity. Liverpool got tired to even engage in the game and you'd see how relaxed Salah and some of the players was, chase and drop back even the goal Liverpool scored wasn't one to celebrate that's why I said Chelsea took the game too personal. Palmer got his first goal since January and we all know what that has done to the young player, at least this goal will make him look important for his club.
