Not really, perhaps Amorim is just having trouble choosing a more appropriate formation for his current players because those strong teams play more structured, which can lead Manchester United to that kind of play, even if they ultimately lose. Szoboszlai's goal was what made the difference in the match and it came close to the end of the second half giving Arsenal very little time to get an equalizer. It was a superb free kick and one in a million. The goal came at the right time. Liverpool has never played Arsenal without scoring any goal for a long time.

Arsenal needs to accept their defeat and work on their mistakes because they had quite some good chances to break the deadlock. Liverpool is currently on top of the table, will they maintain this position till the end of the season is what I can't say.

They were dominant in the first half and even scored the opening goal through Haaland. However, their defense was poor, and they lost their rhythm, which ultimately led to their defeat.

To be honest, those who watched the first half of this match might have thought that Liverpool could lose to Arsenal in this match and besides, there was a lot of competitive performance throughout the match. If we compare the ball position, we will not see much difference between the two teams. Here Liverpool was able to hold 53% and Arsenal on the other hand 47%.

I had to go through so many replies to see who exactly watched the game, and i guess you did.
Just like you said, Arsenal's plan in the game today was to get a draw. Liverpool on the other hand where not even playing like the Liverpool i used to know. They where a bit calm on attack, which was quite strange. At some point, i started asking myself if the game was fixed, but i guess it wasn't. Arteta seem to have too many respect for Liverpool especially at Anfied. They played better in the first half, which i actually expected more from them in the second half, but i guess the 10mins break wasn't to boost their moral to winning the game, but it was settle with the draw.

I personally don't like blaming players too much, but i guess Arteta's approach to the game was not good. I would have said the same thing about slot if Arsenal had ended up winning the game. Congrats to Liverpool by the way. They showed us why they are the champions even though they didn't play like the Liverpool that we used to know, but who cares?, 3 points in the bag, so unto the next.

I was looking forward for Arsenal to break the deadlock in the second half because they were a better team than Liverpool in the first half. When Liverpool and Arsenal played upto 82nd minutes without Arsenal breaking the deadlock, I thought the match would end in a draw, but Liverpool had a free kick in the 83rd minute, which Szoboszlai surprisely scored to deny Arsenal a chance of sharing the point with Liverpool at Anfield.

In my opinion, the idea that the Manchester City manager is not signing the best and most expensive players is starting to cause problems because he now has a very weak squad that will not be able to compete with anyone. I don't see Manchester City becoming Premier League champions with this squad, nor do I see this Manchester City squad becoming European Champions League champions.

Is signing an expensive player a yardstick for success? I don't think so. When Pep won the EPL four times in a row and also the champions league, his squad was a mix of both average and quality players, and I think his current squad is no different. He has bought some new players, but there are still exceptional players like Haaland, Rodri, etc. Maybe what he needs is some time to bring the best out of the young squad, or maybe his time of dominating the league is over.

Personally I think Liverpool winning the game is just by luck not that they deserved the winning today it was a very good performance from both team a very good game that shows the strength of the team it's unfortunate that Arsenal could not utilize their chances it would have been a different score altogether.

Let's all laugh at Pep   He clearly delayed his departure from City. This is the second defeat in a row and maybe the story of last season will not be repeated (after all, there were expensive emergency purchases), but a City comeback looks highly unlikely. It will be interesting to see how much the bookies lower the City odds, before this round they were 5.50. I think it should be something like 8.0-9.0 already.

The win for Liverpool today against Arsenal is a very crucial one for them, and also one that gives them the first early advantage for the premier legacy title. As long as the league may take from here, if they’re able to maintain consistency in winning all of their remaining matches, the league title will be theirs. Since we can’t predict what could happen in the upcoming matches, we can’t say for sure that they can get victory in all. They are most deserving of the win today even though Arsenal also tried their best. Arsenal needs to improve better if they want to stand a good chance against Liverpool in the title race.

Manchester United secured their first win after two disappointing first-week results. Despite the win, I wasn't entirely satisfied with their performance, and I believe their victory was largely due to luck.

Burnley isn't a big or strong team, but given Manchester United's current form, it's clearly difficult to beat even a weaker team. However, I hope this win can improve their performance in their next match. This victory should serve as motivation for them.

Manchester United  football team performance was brilliant in the last match which they played against Burnley football team and that team did 3  goals in this match and many players of that team were very excited for that match and Cullen was a person who gave good start to his team and did goal at 27 minutes and after this goal , we saw other team performance and Foster was a person who did second goal of the match and he did this goal at 55 minutes. Mbeumo did goal again after the 2 minutes of the second goal in this match and we saw tough competition between these two teams and Burnley team got revenge by doing 4th goal of the match but at the end , Fernandes changed the side of the match because he did goal at 97 minutes when score was level.

Contrary I was not surprised neither was I expecting anything from this game, I had an open mind to this game but one thin I had in mind was that even if Liverpool were going  to win, It was not going  to exceed two goals and that is because I saw the records that in the last three seasons, no team has won Arsenal with above a two goals margin  so the most I expected of this game was three goals and below and Liverpool had the only goal from the very brilliant free kick which no one expected they were going  to use as ab opportunity to getting the only game in the match.

I was really shocked to when i saw Manchester city recent match against Brighton which ended in a 2-1 defeat with Brighton securing the win through goals from james Miler and Brajan Gruda, while Erling Haaland scored for city, the team dominat performance in the first half didn't translate to the secon, where they lost momentum and struggled defensive.


Despite this defeat, City can bounce back due to their talented squad and Guardiola's experience. The team's current position in the league table is 11th, while Brighton ranks 19th.
